I asked for a late checkout and the housekeeper and in seven times and was upset telling us that we needed to checkout. I spoke to the front desk several times and he verified that we had late check out and he said he would speak to the housekeeping department. Then, a man scanned his key card and came into our room twice unannounced. He didn’t knock or anything. I yelled out “can I help you” and he left our room and went into the room next door. He did this twice unannounced. I spoke to the front desk again and they said he was in charge of the housekeeping department. I was shocked that he never knocked before coming in. It was very scary because we had no idea who he was.

This was my second time staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. I stayed for three nights on a leisure trip, and everything was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I also appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast every morning from 6 to 10 a.m. — a perfect way to start the day! The staff here is very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaning team. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. One thing to keep in mind: there is a $25/night parking fee, so be sure to budget for that. It’s well worth it for the convenient location and ease of access. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay in the Buckhead area!

In route , due to traffic our arrival would be after midnight. We called spoke with Dorian he address my concerns informed his staff where our keys were located for check in upon arrival .He was very accommodating and patient while speaking with him on the phone .The next morning there was a minor issue for which Austin the representative swiftly addressed with ease and patience. He informed his manager Earth (father earth ) who upgraded our room at no additional charge. Throughout our stay the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure comfortable and taken care of . Specifically Dorian , Austin , the manager Earth , Mark and Mike the security guard are all exceptional. It was a great stay for my daughter and I felt very welcome. This will be my Hotel for future stays in Atlanta.
