Very friendly and helpful Front Desk staff

Enjoyed my stay here. Parking can be tough, but elevators are fast, breakfast is pretty good, and front desk staff very helpful. Comfortable bed...slept well. Fridge and microwave in room.

The stay went perfectly well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the condition of the room was not the best. The sink was very loose and the cabinet containing the fridge was falling apart. These were not huge inconveniences, and can probably be fixed with simple maintenance.

Disappointed

The front desk service was a hassle between the employees looking inconvenienced to help and an extremely long line to get help, even at 11pm. What was originally a $230 trip ended up being $550 at check in because of all the fees. Won’t be back.

Everything was good except for customer service. They could be a little more nicer and generous with customers asking questions. I had booked for 2 nights at a 288 rate but was charged for 586. Will wait until my balance settles then will be calling soon to see why I was charged more

This property is in a nice location but the upkeep of the hotel is terrible. The room was dirty and beyond warm out. The parking is also a mess. Where to park was confusing and really should have been explained in writing. The night clerk was trying to check people in but explaining where to park resulted in a long wait and still folks had question. But the worse part was the cleanliness. Clearly staff weren’t doing a through job on deep cleaning. The walls of the hotel were food stained and just need a wipe down. The chair in our room was covered in stains and the fabric was fretted like nothing I have ever seen. Good will wouldn’t take such as thing as a donation. The only positive was Austin the night clerk who was at least trying. To keep up with guest.
