Quick check in although I would prefer to not have to go to front desk following digital check in. I understand in needing to obtain a physical key for parking. Hotel is always clean and offers breakfast which is a plus.

The staff was very prejudice attending to other guests and leaving me waiting for help. The maid never showed up to the room and I called the front desk and towels never showed up. So had to walk to the front desk and then finally the manager personally got the towels which was good but I had to come down because the towels never showed up to my room. The only thing good about this place is the Cajun restaurant next door. But the hotel staff was very selective in terms of which guests they helped. I believe my ethnicity was being discriminated against.

The area was very central, close to the mall and walkable. The room was clean, modern and designed with a woman in mind, there was an area set up like a vanity as well as a full size mirror so getting ready was really easy. The staff was really friendly, unlimited coffee in the lobby was great and they were able to accommodate a late check out. Would definitely stay again!

The location is about 25 minutes from every where. Lenox mall, Stone Mountain Park, restaurants and a new Publix grocery store should open soon. The Publix is walkable approximately 5 minutes once you leave the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional! Overall, would definitely recommend!
