The property looks nice. The renovations are good. That being said, our first room had a cracked window, a sink that wouldn't drain, the tv would not turn on and the heat did not heat the sitting area but did the bedroom. It's Pet friendly but no greenery for the pets. A pile of leaves under the tree is the potty area. Not sure if the wifi is good or bad because it would never let me connect with my room and last name. I used the information from both rooms neither worked. I did not complain about it because I was just tired of complaining after the first couple of hours with things needing fixing in our room. The repair guy was in our room so often and long, I started to ask if he mind splitting the cost for the room. I did like that the parking area is fenced in because there were a lot of homeless and questionable characters walking around especially in the evenings when I walked my dog. They did finally give us another room after the repair person was unable to fix the sink. I had no complaints with the new room. It was nice. Everything worked perfectly even though the bathroom was the size of a coat closet. I think this hotel is redeemable. I wouldn't say I would never stay there again because I did check in on Friday the 13th and overall aesthetically they did a good job. Location is walkable to Mercedes Benz stadium, Centennial Park and other popular attractions. The staff was pretty cool also...for the most part. So stay, just don't let them give you room 317.
