Overall the hotel wasn’t that bad a few things like not being to get the free wifi in our room…constantly asking for toilet paper minimal to no room service. I can say the gentleman that check us in was very patient polite and professional

It’s okay.

It really needs to be UPDATED!! Around the tub I don’t know if it was paint chipping or some mold or if it just wasn’t properly clean. This is the first Hampton Inn that I’ve been to that wasn’t really “nice. It’s suitable but not what I’ve been use to you from an Hampton Inn.

I like the hospitality of the front desk staff who were the most helpful with needs and wants that I have. The housekeeping staff on the other hand was terrible because they refused the uphold the policy of tending to the room on time. I stayed over 10 days and room got cleaned twice. I had to call the front desk on the second occasion.

Great staff, poor condition

The front desk and breakfast staff are GREAT. The Hotels is in serious need of a refurbishment. Surfaces are banged up/scuffed. The veneer on the main dresser was coming off in strips and could have scratched someone less aware. Even the elevator stainless surfaces are all beat up.
