Unacceptable experience during my stay at the Hilton Atlanta from Friday, October 3, 2025, to Sunday, October 5, 2025. We checked in early and were assigned to a room. Later that same day, while our personal belongings were still in the room, the hotel allowed another guest to check into our room, deactivated our key, and granted them access to our belongings. This was a serious breach and I mean serious breach of security and privacy, and it caused significant inconvenience and distress during our stay. On top of a whole bunch more.

The stay was very basic nothing to write home about, we did not have hand soap, or anything actually in tje barhroom, which was a bit odd we washed our hands with the shampoo on the wall in the shower. The queen seemed to be more like a full size which made sleeping a bit cramped, but for one night only it got the job done. Self Parking was kinda sketchy and the lobby seemed messy. A giant milk spill greeted us right off of the elevator, would probably not stay here again. They views from our room were nice, but thats about it.

It was in a great location, and the additional breakfast option was excellent. However, the carpets throughout the hallways were smelly and needed to be cleaned. On Friday, I self-parked and couldn't enter when I returned from an outing due to a local concert.
