This hotel is in dire need of updates. My first room had cracked paint or sealant all along the tub, there was mold in the under rim of the sink (very visible), dirt and dust in the corners. There was a empty soda container on the elevator from when I checked in at 6 and immediately had to leave to when I returned for the night around 2am.

Parking was easy, Jada at the front desk was amazing and we were assisted swiftly with items we needed from the front desk. Hotel was basically central to everything and it was clean. Cons Pillows are flat, need more than one elevator to parking (lines are long) Fire alarm went off about 4am and my family and I (2 kids) had to descend 21 flight of stairs only to hear it was a false alarm. Hotel needs a PA system to advise guests of "all clear" situations. My kids were not happy Overall, staff was polite and courteous. Our stay was peaceful

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The only complaint that I have is that the elevators were always seemingly either down or taking forever. We did go the weekend of the Beyoncé cowboy Carter tour so maybe that was what was causing all of the issues but either way twice we did have to walk up 12 flights of steps because of the elevator situation.

The first room we got was not cleaned but we we were given a new room with an upgrade. The parking garage gets too full at night and we were unable to find a spot even after pre paying for it. We ultimately had to find a different garage to park in.

The room itself was good, but the building, elevators, etc, seemed old and dirty. Check-in was smooth if you didn’t do valet. That was a cluster between guests and Ubers trying to get in/backing up traffic. And it did feel a bit unsafe after about 6. Overall, everything ended up fine but I likely wouldn’t stay here again.
