We have stayed at this location several times. It's convenient to the airport and reasonably priced. The only thing we don't like, and it's been consistent, is that the front desk staff have been rude and seem to really not like their jobs. I don't usually complain, but it really feels like they really wish you'd stop bothering them!

When I arrived their computer system was down so it took an hour to check in. The room they gave me was 223 which I didn’t realize until its was late at night and I could not sleep as this room has a window facing their roof top. Exhaust systems, ac vents all of that have the impression a plane was flying next to you. I did not have the strength to call for another room as I was getting over a cold.

The carpet in the room was filthy and had an odor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable , old mattress - just needs to be thrown out. Housekeeping missed a used wash cloth hanging on the shower bar - which was gross. All in all the hotel is very dated and uncomfortable.

Upon checking in the front desk continued to snack and drink while we were waiting to get the keycards. Literally could have waited 2 minutes to continue eating as there was no one behind us in line. Customer service customs and courtesy are lacking. Room service isn’t an option. Didn’t answer their phones for 30 minutes and it took calling from the front desk for them to pick up. They do not deliver to the room. Also, got placed in a handicapped room that wasn’t requested and had a broken shower head.
