For the Hilton Name Hotel Should be better

Room was ok. Facility needs to be upgraded. Sheets had ink stains and so did the towels. Cleanup staff did not put enough towels in bathroom. Customer service could have been better. Front desk staff was very friendly considering all other things.

We booked one night for a quick trip. There is no onsite parking. You either have to park ridiculously far away, or pay $45 for valet. Trust me, add $45 to your hotel budget and just stay somewhere with onsite parking. The hotel definitely needed maintenance.

When we first got to our room we were greeted with bug crawling around on the ceiling. The bathroom shower had green and brown stains on the walls and floor. One of our towels had brown stains on it. And there were more stains on the carpet floor and the wall by the entry. The rest of the hotel was clean but our room was not at all.

Hotel is wedged in a bunch of high rise buildings and NO place to park except use valet which was an additional $45.00. I left before getting to the room and lost my $123.00. Would never recommend anyone staying there!!!!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Top notch customer service! My boxes for a Conference arrived much earlier than I did but there was still no charge or any complaints. I highly appreciate it! The bed was comfortable and very clean. The faucet of the sink is a little short for the sink basin and the handle of the shower faucet was real iffy. Could have been just in my room though. Not a big deal after I figured out that you had to turn it 360 degress twice to get hot water. I highly recommend to not accept a room close to the elevator. I was on the highest floor (6) and the engine of the elevator has a very loud humming sound. I sleep with earplugs and still woke up from it early in the mornings

Stayed here twice before with the same utility van, but this time around I could not park. Valet wanted the keys and park my work van behind the building which I declined due to recent theft on property. Drove all the way from Florida for work. I will never stay here again!
