I didn't like the fact that there is no free parking. $40 a day tax for Valet parking or self parking for $30 a day. The room itself was basic. No stay over service. No pool or hot tub . They had a basic fitness center. The "breakfast buffet was a joke and over priced. The food was ok. My husband had Burger and fries, I had a Caesar salad with microwave chicken on it. Over priced but convenient. Our valet was awesome. A big shout out to Cain. The staff was awesome 👍. Lower ring corporate experience.

The bathroom tub had rust, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and bathroom floors looked like they had been mopped in a year. Tried to sleep in, but was woken to 3 maids in the hallway hollering at each other (originally I thought it was teenagers playing around-that’s how loud they were being). Also, loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at because they were doing construction on the roof. We were on the 3rd floor and heard all the banging.

Worst hotel parking
Valet-only parking in a hotel with over 200 rooms, it's not a service if it just makes lige more difficult for everyone. And you have to signup with your email/phone on a webapp to use the valet service. The rooms were okay.

I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway with a few friends. Overall, it was a great stay… friendly staff and the bartender at the bar (CAT) was a vibe. My only complaint was our shower had a leak the whole time and the flushing of the toilet was weird. Oh and we waited almost 3-4 mins for an elevator one early afternoon. Other than that… I’d definitely stay again.

Room, staff, amenities were great. Parking was hassle valet staff was cool but would get busy and take long. Also does not have charging station for electric car. Had to double pay with the garage when having to charge vehicle. Other than that no issues

The hotel itself was great, room was large and clean, they do charge for everything. $40 for valet, $18 for bkft buffet, and a little shop for drinks and snacks that were overpriced, the deposit is $75 a day! The valet guys are unprofessional, they’re young and hang around joking, and need to learn how to talk to guests, otherwise I would stay again.

The guy (black) on the overnight shift was very helpful. I did not get his name. The morning shift morning shift manager (white female) and associate (black female) were great in helping me with the amazing breakfast.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 1 or 2. We arrived late in the evening to walk into a room that smelled like 5 day old laundry you forgot to put in the dryer. Very musky, moldy, damp smell along with smoke (on a non smoking floor). Further, the walls were so thin, you can hear full conversations people are having in the next room which is not great when you’re trying to go to sleep at midnight. The carpet was damp and gross to walk on and the bathroom floor was sticky. All metal in the room (like bathroom vanity) was rusty. Requested a different room, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. Would not recommend a stay here.
