Location was great for convention center. Good restaurants available close by. Fitness and pool areas we good. The breakfast is too expensive so we just ordered Instacart instead. We had a really bright sign outside of our window that made it hard to sleep. Lots of homeless surrounding the area.

The hotel was under renovation, so some disturbance was understandable. What was unacceptable was having a room on the 8th floor that was directly under a construction area that was being worked on with high-powered, extremely loud tools. I measured decibel levels in our room in the 80s, sometimes hitting 85, which is actually the OSHA action level for requiring hearing protection. We left while this work went on (after it woke us up), but were given zero notice it was starting, so was subjected to about 20-30 minutes of ear-piercing sounds. When discussing with staff, they had an extremely bad attitude about it. Overall, the property is in a great, convenient spot, which was nice. The staff was just abysmal, which was a detraction.

Amazing Stay!

Check in was easy! The location is perfect and near everything but check the events cause I was awaken at 7am Sunday morning by the sound of Ushers YEAH! And a man screaming on a mic for a marathon right outside 😭😭😂😂😂 (not the hotels fault obviously) lol. Room was clean, shower was spacious and had good shelving space inside the shower cause I travel with all my own stuff down to my exfoliating gloves lol. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Bed very comfortable. Had the perfect city view. All the staff I encountered which was about 7 throughout my stay were very professional and personable. I highly recommend. Not one single complaint! I come to ATL often and this will always be my choice (unless there’s gonna be another marathon Lolol)

Top notch accommodation

From early check-in by friendly and professional staff, to on-site parking adjacent to the Georgia Aquarium, our experience was outstanding. The attached bar and restaurant offered the same friendly quality service as the hotel staff. We’ll definitely return to this quality hotel!

Awesome Stay

Prewedding hotel stay

A few maintenance items needed-as we're having wedding guests use this hotel in May; recommend doing maintenance on lifestyle bike and one of the treadmills; recommend patching wave graphics in the elevators; recommend (and they may have already)- bathroom by lobby, sink in ladies room did not work. Staff was friendly and it's a good location.
