Great location easy to get around walking and driving but the check in wasn’t great. Wasn’t greeted when approached the desk and nothing was explained to me about the Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant etc. This was my second time staying here and my last. First stay here was great that’s why I came back.

From the time I walked in actually pulled up the parking attendant greeted me and told me about parking very nicely and that’s important because some can be rude. Then when I walked in the front desk attendants were nice answered questions and even suggested great food spot since we had just got off the road. The room was amazing the view was just extra we will be back. Thanks

Terrible experience! I never received a call for check out time, when I went to check out, I was assessed $100 per room penalty. Absolutely no courtesy or professionalism or understanding given. The assistance manager was very rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Horrible customer service.

Everything was right on point with the walkable. What I didn't like was the fact of the lack of coffee not being available when needed. I have been to a smaller hotel, and they have coffee available around the clock. For the money that I spent to stay I thought that would have been available for me. Just a small thing but it matters.

We picked this hotel because it was Hilton and for its proximity to all of the things we were in Atlanta to do: College Football Hall of Fame, Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola World and Centennial Park. Hilton Garden Inn did NOT disappoint.

Terrible waste of money
Would not recommend. Front desk staff was rude upon checking in. Everything is extra, however it was not worth it. Huge homeless problem right outside the front door. My husband and children were approached multiple times and yelled at by homeless people asking for money. The hotel is dated and not kept up. Pool never had towels. Breakfast was subpar for what you’re paying for. Not to mention the waitress was terribly rude and unprofessional. The elevators were never working and when they did they would skip floors or open randomly. Overall, it was a bad stay and I would never go back to Atlanta. The aquarium was the best part and even that’s a one and done type deal. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I never write bad reviews. That’s how crappy it was.
