This hotel's staff is amazing. The people who work in the food service couldn't be more accommodating. The front desk staff are great and friendly. The housekeeping staff will get you anything you need. However, the hotel is showing its age in a bad way. Elevator didn't work, furniture in the rooms is old and nicked up, chairs in the lobby show wear, etc. I've stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns and this was the worst conditioned one I have stayed in. Too bad because the staff is really friendly.

We want Expedia to reimburse us for our reservation for 2 nights/ we were forced to stay last night because we were no longer able to drive due to exhaustion. But we could not turn on the light . They were all flourescent which is lethal to someone like me with Lupus. The room is dirty/ old / dark/ crappy / floors so bad you don To want to step your feet on them / no bathtub. We have cancelled our second night and moving to a nicer hotel in area that is cheaper by far than what we were charged for this terrible room.please respond Thank You

The property was in a perfect location for the reason we were visiting. The room was not able to get as cold as I prefer, but overall the stay was great.
