Parking
The parking deck/lot is not attached to the property. During this particular weekend, it snowed, and it was impossible to navigate the hill leading up to the parking deck and parking lot. This hill also had to be walked to access the property, which was dangerous because it was iced over. There should be another way to access the hotel from the parking deck.

We were disappointed with room service. We expected daily room service to learn we had to request between 6am-9am the day before. We did get room service after request, however, the bathroom was not cleaned. Sink was filthy. Front desk service agents provided great customer service. We love Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Perimeter center, great location.

Nice property but staff not as good/organized
The property was clean & room was as pictured. The staff were not as organized as I would have expected... *starting at the front desk check in, where several people including myself had difficulty accessing rooms due to key programming issues. *ordering food our first night was an unorganized event. Clear instructions were not given on where to pick up our food; the order was incomplete w/out informing us. We had to go back to bartender to discuss a refund & ask for an explanation why items were missing. *breakfast the next day was ok however staff didn't have enough food prepared even though 1.5 hrs were left before closing. Many had to wait for items to be cooked

Water pump issue, but good customer service
Surprisingly, my room had a brown water problem. However, Nemesis was accommodating and patient when trying to switch rooms for me. The engineer stated it may be a pump malfunction. As a Hilton property, hopefully it will be fixed immediately. I did enjoy my stay outside of that issue and look forward to future stays here.

Good Hotel but challenging parking.
Parking was some distance away from the hotel. Had to go up and down a series of stairs to get to and from the hotel but on the whole, not a bad experience.
