Great experience

I was a little worried because the facade of the hotel was a little dated. However, the double queen suite was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures! The hallway was new carpet as well. So clearly the rooms have been recently updated! The bed was super comfy as well! There was a Publix, Einstein, Chinese, Italian, and subway all within walking distance. Less than 5 mins.

When I used the gym facility there was unsupervised minors around so it made it a bit difficult. Also in the morning when leaving there was a man sleeping on the couch by the elevators with no shoes. I had executive service and the executive lounge did not had many options there was no breakfast at 630 am and they told me that they would . I loved the reception and overall the team It was my second time staying here and I am not sure if I want to used them again. Maybe third time is a charm 🤓

Liked the jetted tub feature. Otherwise, room was worn away with carpet tears, wallpaper stripped off, and broken edges along tub. Needs touch up painting and finer finishes to be mid-grade level for Hilton line. Staff could be difficult at times giving mixed directions on visitor policy which was inconvenient for surprise birthday delivery.

Amazing stay

Amazing accommodations. The suite had two beds and an additional living room. It really suited the needs of my wife and i. The room service menu was a little pricy but the quality was excellent. Will stay there on future trips
