Pay the extra $30 and go to a better hotel.
We had three homes for seven people. One room had a broken toilet another one had Dirty Toilets and the third one head been covers with holes in the comfort. The service at the front desk made me feel like I was intruding on there personal time. Breakfast that was originally supposed to be at 6:00 turned out to be at 6:30 and at 6:30 they said it'll be another 10 minutes before you open. When asked where the breakfast was we were pointed to a restaurant with its light still off and everything closed. To top things off when we decided to leave early and go to the airport where we were dropped off at the wrong terminal without even being told where we were.

Never stayed near an airport before but this property was so close I could get wonderful pictures of the planes arrives. I enjoyed the facilities even when the facilities is being renovated. The services were delightful because all my needs were met with helpful outcomes. I know once the facility is complete it will exceed my expectations and will be second to none. Waited 45 minutes for the bus at the airport. I called and they said they had a shift change. I waited another 20 min. I was grateful that I was able to check in early. I was up and ready to depart the next day and there was only 1 bus operator on a very busy day. I had to pay for an Uber because those that just came down rushed the bus. We are to grown for that.

My stay at Sonesta Atlanta Airport South was okay overall, but it didn’t meet all my expectations. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re flying in or out of the airport—it’s just a short drive away. The staff was friendly, and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was decent but could use some updates. It was clean, but the furniture and décor felt a little outdated, and the air conditioning was pretty noisy at night. I was also hoping for a better breakfast experience. The options were limited, and it didn’t feel like it was worth the price. One thing that stood out, though, was the shuttle service to the airport. It was reliable and a big help. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a bad stay, but it wasn’t amazing either. If you’re just looking for a quick and convenient place to crash near the airport, it’s fine, but don’t expect anything fancy.
