Property was in a good location based on the reason for our trip. Lobby area was uncomfortable due to service being done on the air conditioning. Valet service was slow but the staff was friendly. The beds will not be comfortable if you have back or neck problems

We would stay here again

The front desk was helpful, patient, and kind upon greeting and when answering questions. The room was clean and comfortable, even though it was a bit tiny. We slept very well in their comfortable beds. The parking situation wasn't fully explained, and we paid quite a bit to park, but I guess that's to be expected for downtown. The breakfast included a variety of selections, was fresh, tasted good, and they have a coffee grinder that grinds each cup of coffee as you make it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

the staff are extremely careless and negligent!! we valeted our car for 3 nights and they scratched and pulled off the entire bottom of our car and refused to take responsibility for it. when we asked for a refund for the valet fee they refused and also would not give us their insurance to file a claim for the damages THEY caused and insisted we used our own. not only do they not state their is absolutely no parking included in your booking but insist you valet your car at an extremely inflated fee of $40 per night— when they can’t even properly park nor take care of these vehicles!

Breakfast had a cockroach fall on the bagels and then another guest during the morning of August 2nd. The fridge and freezer were full of food from previous guests, the door to the room was difficult to lock and close, the bathroom Tub/shower fixtures were coming out of the wall, the remote didn’t work even after getting “new” batteries from the front desk, the windows were dirty and the curtains were broken on a slant so could barely close. Very disappointing .

The stay was made much better by the amazing staff. Alex in the front desk and the breakfast staff were excellent. The hotel does need to fix the air in the lobby. It was very hot.

Love the check on staff. Dre was great and very friendly. Only negative is no air conditioning in lobby, breakfast area and hallways. Room AC was fine. Room floors could have been vacuumed a little better but overall room was clean.
