After checking in, I quickly returned to the front desk because the “2 Bed Suite” was not the one advertised on the website. I informed the front desk agent that the only reason I booked here was because it was advertised as having a kitchenette and more importantly, a separate living area. With 2 young kids, this was very important. Jesse at the front desk was very honest and admitted “yeah, the website is not really what our rooms look like, it’s a something we’ve heard before a lot” (direct quote). I was taken aback by his honestly but also horrified about the blatant bait and switch and false adversity conducted by this hotel. I am following up with hotel, Holiday Inn, then my credit card company as this is fraudulent and not what I purchased. Also, absolutely disgusting conditions in hotel. French fry found on floor and toilet paper in shower all found upon check-in. Left after one night. Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs. It is a scam!

bathroom area is really small, finish on sink was dangerous, didn't have enough space to use the toilet without striking elbows with sink Front desk attendant(don't have the name) did not care about customer service, requested car from overpriced valet and took an hour to get it, after 25 minutes of waiting a asked how long would it take, lady said " it is coming any minute" after 20 more minutes asked another attendant and was informed i never requested the vehicle, then attendant proceeded to request the vehicle taking another 20 minutes to get it. total waiting time 1:05 hours

I rented a suite for two nights. The suite has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, plus a sofa. Everything is super spacious and clean. 10/10, and the price is great.

Musty odor in rooms & hallways. Needs attention

This hotel is in need of updating. The scent that hits you when you walk in the hallways and even in the rooms is ASTONISHINGLY HORRIBLE... HOW DO YOU ALL NOT SMELL THAT? In fact, my first room, #625 was in deplorable shape. The stuffiness and wretched smell hit you when you walk in. I tried to make it work but I was almost vomiting. The A/C unit appeared broken and had open elements to it. And a red light was on saying that the filter needs to be changed--- is your housekeeping folks not seeing/smelling this? I can not fully express how horrible it was. After an hour of trying to make it work in 625, I asked hotel staff if I can switch rooms or are all of the rooms like this. They reassigned me to #206. Worlds of difference.. much better but still there is a whiff of bad odor if the A/C or fan isnt running. Which is another issue all together: there was no happy medium with the a/c.. either really hot or ridiculously cold, but even when I favored cold with fan blowing ( because of the foul odor), the fan and ac only ran a little while and then you wake up an hour or 2 later, sweating, bcz the unit has turned itself off.. so I guess you all have a designated length of time units should run? The location was PERFECT.. great area downtown, but next time I will look for something else downtown; I still cant get over how your staff doesnt smell the foul odor. Smells like mustiness, in hallways and rooms. And of course bathroom smelled like urine. POOR HOUSEKEEPING!

Me gusto la que nos dejaron entra temprano al hotel, no tuvimos que esperar hasta la hora asignada, y nos ofrecieron el desayuno y es muy completo lo hay de comer,y después de nuestra salida nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas hasta en la tarde que salía nuestro vuelo,y poder disfrutar ese tiempo extra sin andar cargando cosas, y el lugar está céntrico a todo el acuario museo de la Coca Cola universidad GT y accesible a tomar el metro 7 minutos para ir al aeropuerto muy buena ubicación recomendado.
