I was charged for parking. If i had know beforehand i wouldn't returned my car rental and ordered a shuttle service. The hotel smelled unclean.My room was alright... still some hairs from a previous guest and the linens smelled funny. I was only staying one night. I won't stay again. Also, when i left around 3 am too catch a flight, i asked the night clerk of it was safe to walk through the parking lot to my car. He said yes. Did not offer security assist. Also a coffee was needed to leave the parking lot, he didn't give it until i had to come back in and ask how to leave.

It was okay
I requested a king bed with a pull out and paid in advance but when I went to check in I was told there weren’t any kings and was give a 2 queen. Not much to pick from at the snack area. However having shuttle to the airport was good.

Well, I didn’t like how they processed the credit card payment. Because first, they said one price, and then after the payment is submitted they charged over a hundred dollars more extra. And you ask, why ….? The answer is because that’s the way they work.

Awful airport shuttle service!
Our stay was mixed. The hotel was okay. Shuttle service from the airport was terrible. And by terrible I mean there was no shuttle. We specifically picked this hotel because it supposedly had a shuttle every 30 minutes from the airport. We were at the airport for over 1 and a half hours waiting on a shuttle. We finally in desperation begged a different hotel shuttle to take us to the hotel. The next morning leaving to the airport on the hotel shuttle we had to stand the entire ride because it was overfull. Not staying here again; EVER.
