The property is lovely. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They make guests feel so welcome. Unfortunately, I could not give a higher overall rating because a couple of maintenance items needed to be upkept. Our room had a very noisy A/C. The tub also did not drain properly and during a shower the water would build in the tub WITH THE DRAIN OPEN. I did make sure to check that the drain was open. Some basic maintenance would help make the property exceptional.

This hotel was rally nice for the short time i stayed. The receptionist who checked me in, I believe his name is Jarvis, was very nice and provided great customer service. My room was clean, it was very spacious, and had a decent view. The only downside was that the curtains weren't blackout ones, but that was not too much of an issue for me. And there's no microwave in the room, but they did have one down in the dining area. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of choices and drink options too. My stay was only for one night, but I would definitely stay here again.

Considering the timing of my trip, I am trying to give a little slack, but i have a hard time with the customer service. I understand things have been like a whirlwind (no pun intended) but that was the worst part. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. Bed was hard, but it is what it is.

Wonderful time
I recently stayed at this hotel and was incredibly impressed with the experience. The room was extremely comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything was impeccably clean, from the lobby to the bathroom, which added to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. What really stood out, though, was how welcoming the staff was—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. It felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Booked this hotel for a 'staycation' as we visited some wineries further north. Check-in was great! The staff was very welcoming. The young man and young lady at the front desk have great personalities! They explained amenities locations and breakfast time. Checkout was also a breeze. The young lady was assisting another visitor and politely asked if she could assist me and already had my receipt waiting. Very organized. The hotel's exterior was clean and the room was better than expected. Very spacious and clean. I like the location as it's quiet and close to several dining options. I'll definitely book this hotel again.

My overall stay was very nice , the breakfast was ok though they could have offer more but the gym room was terrible. Old machine making noise while using , couldn’t even use it for 10 min. That gym room need a serous update.

When we got there they said the room was already cancelled and fully charged for a no show. It was still an open booking on my side in our app. Apparently it booked for the previous night when we had just checked in at our first hotel in Atlanta… why they didn’t call us or anything is crazy. Experian customer service tried contacting them to refund us as well but no luck due to their hotel policy. Non refundable. But a lesson learned for booking at 10pm after driving all day lmao. We wouldn’t have cared about it if the service over the phone trying to figure out what had happened and how we may have made this mistake wasn’t so terrible. Oh well.
