Leo needs training in customer service .
Called & requested an early check-in & Was told by Leo that I would be charged an additional $25.00 because I booked through a third party & I wasn’t an IHG customer. The toilet bowl wasn’t stable in Rm. 510 & the tile floor needed work & the door stopper was missing .

Usually this property is great but this day I had issues with my toilet not flushing and the staff didn’t do anything to accommodate me. But normally the rooms are nice and comfortable. There is a female staff member who is normally accommodating but this day she didn’t work.

Our room was not ready but we waited a few minutes while they checked others in. Perhaps those who book directly with Holiday Inn get dibs on the rooms that are ready earlier than check in? We were about an hour early but they checked in quite a few people while we sat and waited till check in time. Our room was fine, clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. We come to Atlanta several nights a year. I would stay here again.

The hotel needs some help with staff. Check-in was good, but in dealing with staff for several issues, it's clear that they lack a working command of the English language. That was annoying and in some cases just detrimental to getting things done.

The location was very close to a lot of places to drive to. The staff was great, breakfast food was very good. We had a couple issues with things in our room, and reported them when we checked out. Hopefully, they will take care of them.

We had an excellent stay and breakfast and staff were fantastic the only thing I would change is the carpet in the rooms but other than that it was a great stay!! Cleanliness is a big factor for me and this stay was pleasant

Unlike many hotels along major interstates in Atlanta, the rooms were quiet. You couldn't hear road noise at any time. The hotel was conveniently located close to Northside hospital. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.
