The room was clean, bedding was comfortable . They ran out of scrambled and hard boiled eggs. The pool hrs aren't long enough and parking is very limited and tight parking spaces.

Emily was great !!!

The Holiday Inn Express was spotless, fresh, and beautifully updated, but the real highlight was Emily at the front desk. She greeted me with a stunning smile, handled every request with patience, and made me feel truly valued. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Emily is the epitome of customer service, and staff like her make all the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

The conditon of room was poor with exposed pipes air conditioner unit abd peeling eiling hanging. Large group of people tnat were very noisy was allowed to be in lobby after midnight. Breakfast did not have many choices and it was not good. Had to park at overflow Sheraton parking lot across street.

Poor service, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BED

Upon arrival I received a text to see how everything was. After notifying them that one of the queen beds had two large dents in it they didn’t do anything about it. The dents were so deep you were literally laying in the springs. On both sides of the bed.my friend and I had to squeeze in the other queen both of us shared a bed. We paid for two beds. It was room 301. They never did anything or changed us to another room.
