I have stayed here for thirty day peacefully and no complaints… I tried to renew me reservation and the denied me because the staff meaning young lady that works overnight has been very rude and falls asleep during her shift… She really doesn’t won’t to do any work… So I told her I was going to report her and she reported me before as a disturbance .. the general manager took her side and ask me to leave however he insisted customers to book directly through him to profit more… I see he’s trying to protect the young lady that works overnight and himself…however I will report this to bbb as a discrimination complaint… Thanks guys!

The room was extremely hot and nothing was done to accommodate us. Additionally, the bathtub was dirty. However, the free breakfast was decent. Overall, would not stay here again.

Did Not Disappoint
Not sure why so many reviews are negative, but we found the common areas to be as pictured and clean as well as our room (217) which was very clean and quiet. Yes, the elevators seem a little dated but work just fine and the bath/shower walls may have recently been replaced and need to be re-caulked due to the large gap between tub and wall. Appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom, no foul smells in the room or hallway, bed was comfortable, no scary stains on sofa or carpet, breakfast was great, they do not rip you off for parking, and the service at the front desk was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Cleaner place.
The pullout couch couldn't be sat on nor slept on, because it was very dirty, with crumbs and sevral strands of gray hair all over it. I told the clerk the day i got there and she said she'd send someone and that never happened. I remin3d her 2 days later and still nothing. I traveled with a friend who had to sleep at the foot of the bed and the floor. He couldn't sleep on the couch bed bc of the dirtiness.
