Staff here was wonderful. We met a few different people and they were friendly and welcoming. Allowed us to check in a little early as we'd been on the road a while. Room appeared very clean. Had a nice little market with snacks and meds. Breakfast left a lot to be desired as anything that was supposed to be kept hot wasn't hot. Real concerns for food illnesses. Those in my party that ate eggs, sausage or gravy felt sick. Otherwise, standard pastries and cereal fare was fine. There are three things that really stand out. TERRIBLE beds and TERRIBLE flat soft down type pillows. All three adults woke up in some serious pain. We had such a bad night of sleep we forfeited the money for the room and went to a different hotel after the first night. I know this is preference but its like an old style spring mattress in the way it gives and the pillows even stacking just are not comfortable as they are paper thin. The shower is the other odd thing. The tub is tilted on the sides. So it like slopes to the middle. So it is awkward to stand in and felt like a serious safety hazard. You have to almost shower sideways to not fall. The toilet had no water pressure. You had to hold the handle for multiple long flushes to make sure paper went down. I did appreciate that they had DOVE shampoo conditioner soap etc available in the bathroom for use. Nice location but for the money, not as competitive as other more comfortable hotels. Will be not be staying at this chain again.

Nice hotel with great breakfast options. They have spacious rooms and is not too far from other attractions and delicious food. The staff who provided breakfast was phenomenal and very helpful to all guests.

I travel almost every alternate week of the year for business. So, I experience different level of service. Without exception, this trip has been the most awful service experience in some time. The attitude of all employees encountered was unacceptably terrible. Starting from check in all the way to the checkout were combative and insulting. You guys failed in every step of the way. Good Hotel - Would stay again

Overall it is a very good hotel. Nice, clean and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Bathtub could be a little bit cleaner, but nothing too bad.

Very pleased.

I booked this hotel last minute after a disappointing experience with La Quinta. The woman working at the front desk ensured me that my stay here would be much more pleasant and she was right! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great. I will definitely be back here again.
