Good stay! Majority of staff very friendly. Only one staff was mean. Needs new elevator. Very quiet. Decent had blood stain on carpet and needed better vacuuming. Bed was extremely comfortable! Slept so good! Very quiet throughout the day. Good variety breakfast! Very easy parking. Very small bathroom . If you’re a bigger person please check. Would stay again.

The hotel was nice staff excellent, but the parking is terrible to me. But i love my holiday inn express they are the best its just atlanta parking is ridiculous. They (atlanta), charall this money to park and can't afford to fix it's roads.

We stay here everytime we come in town for my sons appointments at the childrens hospital. Its very convenient and i feel safe as a mother traveling alone with a small child. Clean inside and out. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is easy.

Hated the fact there was no door on the bathroom in my hotel room. Also its crazy that for 2 Gatorade and 1 Advil was $20.00. Staff wasn't really welcoming, amd seemed to be annoyed when asked questions. property wasn't smoke free. Will not return.

Overall not a bad stay for a week with family in Atlanta. Problems when checking in because we booked with Expedia and super long wait times at front desk. One person for multiple guests at a time. Cards to our rooms didn’t work half the time and traffic noise could be heard from rooms. Breakfast was ok and the staff did assist us each time we had issues. Rooms and bathrooms were smaller than pictures made them appear. Faculty is older and needs updating.
