the room wasn't the cleanest. A/C unit was working but was old, loud, and dirty. Toilet was constantly running which was annoying

Room was small but nice. Breakfast frequently ran out of items. Business center computers did not work. Laundry room had 2 washers and 2 dryers, one washer was way out of balance and rumbled and shook horribly. And one of the dryers didn't work.

The window was open when we got our room and the locking latch was broken (3rd floor). There was mildew in the corner of the shower floor. Otherwise, it was a full hotel but quiet. You couldn't hear neighbors.The staff was very kind.
