This property is a scam. I will NEVER trust anything Red Roof again. This gives them a bad name. I am NOT happy. We left and ended up staying at a Hampton Inn. I am NOT pleased with Expedia or Red Roof. I will NOT be recommending either of them to anyone. On the contrary, I will warn them of this scam!

I booked two studios and one did not have a microwave and the other did not have a door on the bathroom the stove top dod not work and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. We had to use all of our towels to soak up the water. Mind you we have been there for going on 3 weeks and nothing has been fixed yet. The young lady that help you after hours has been very helpful and apologetic. I've spent $2,100 since I've been staying there and cant cook and cant use the restroom privately and waking up to large puddles of water. No one has offer any type of compensation for all of the issues that have occurred. Not only that but our studios we're not clean when we arrived and there are roaches inside of the bathroom.

The one staff member working there was nice enough. No signage indicating where the office is. A/C worked great. The toilet rocked and leaked at the base. Probably needs a new seal. Sink cabinate was broken and rotting. Hole in the wall where the toilet paper used to be mounted. Shower had very little water presure. Tile along floor was cracked, and roaches were coming in through the opening. Kitchenette counter was bowed down like a 500 lb person sat on it. This property should be inspected and condemned. I had reservations for 2 days, but left after being there for about 5 hours. Waiting to see if they refund my extra day. I have pics of everything.

this place is disgusting. black mold in the bathroom & roaches everywhere no joke. there was also toenail clippings in the bed. I have a 6 month old and could not stay any of the days I paid for - they refused to give me a refund. would not recommend to anyone.

When we arrived "after hours" the front desk was closed. Closed on the weekend, why? An emergency number was available, so I called. The Front Desk Operator was rude & unprofessional. The hotel is an actual residence to many. When we went to our rooms, the rooms were in DEPLORABLE condition! The floors were dirty. The walls were filthy & adorned with NASTY red and brown stains. The outside base of the toilet was covered in dirt and there was no toilet tissue in the bathroom!!! There were no blankets or comforters on the bed! The website never mentioned there would be no comforter, blanket or toilet tissue!! When you fill out the agreement, it states it there. Loud music played throughout the early morning radiating through the window and wall! Someone was outside pounding hard on a door, a few doors down which was frightening to say the least! There was an infestation of roaches, flies and other bugs in the room. This was the end for me. The ability to be able to rest comfortably was IMPOSSIBLE. My family and I felt UNSAFE!!! Early checkout! Expedia suggested we email the hotel with the concerns. I left my feedback in an email to the hotel and returned on Monday to discuss. There was a new Front Desk Operator who was kind & respectable. I was nicely told my card would still be charged the full rate, and I was! This place is a nightmare! No one should have to live in such conditions, let alone pay to stay there for leisure. Biggest regret!

Booked two nights and was ready right after seeing the room. You could smell the mustiness in the room as you entered. The refrigerator had roaches dead and alive, the bathroom had mildew in the shower and the mirrors were all splashed seemingly with water from a previous guest, the kitchen was a mess. The counter top was dirty with liquid spills. The walls were stained with liquid running from the vent. The towels had hair in them. The ground was not swept or mopped. Even the lights for the room kept going on and off. I asked nicely and kindly for a room change. I was informed that there was nothing that could be done until Monday. That was my date for check out. So I was left to stay in the mess for two days. I had to call my agent and rebook a new hotel. I just couldn’t manage. Left instantly
