The entire staff was awesome! Personable, hospitable and very accomdating! And you can tell it was genuine, that is what distinguishes the staff here from other establishments. Close to the airport and they have a shuttle that not only takes you to and from the airport, but to any store in a few mile radius! I thought that was the coolest thing ever! My wife loved how comfy the bed was and the convenience of having a full fridge, microwave and stovetop, which we used to make a meal or two. Would highly recommend if visiting the A!

Comfortable but shuttle was a bit complicated
My family of 6 stayed for a one-night layover flying back from a 3 week international trip. We needed a hotel with a shuttle because we weren't bringing car seats. We didn't realize that the shuttle wouldn't pick up in the international terminal so we had to take an airport shuttle to the domestic terminal before we could be picked up. That meant loading all of our kids, luggage, and stroller in and off shuttles more than expected. In addition, my husband had to stay back at the airport for the driver to return for him and some of our luggage because the shuttle is a large van and not a shuttle bus. Thankfully, the hotel is super close to the airport so the shuttle didn't take long to get my husband to the hotel to join us. The drivers we had going to the hotel and back to the airport the next morning were both great as well, but could definitely use a bigger vehicle. All of the hotel staff were also super friendly and helpful and the room we had was clean and comfirtable. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful and well maintained as well. Overall, it was a welcome respite on our journey home.

What a horrible place to stay. I checked in after a long stressful flight. I got to my room and was ready for bed, and pulled the sheet back and had dried up blood on the sheet. I addressed this with the front desk. They were apologetic and gave me a fresh sheet to put on. The lady at the front desk offered me a free night of the 2 night stay. I confirmed with her the next day. 11 days later I have not received a credit. Big business always taking advantage of the consumer. I would have been good without her offering a free night and not following through.

The check in host was absolutely sweet! Wonderful hospitality! Me and my bf stayed there for 2 nights. The only thing was the slow internet accessibility and the cleanliness of the shower(had a few dirty spots). I liked the fact the hotel was tucked away from the main road but still very close to everything.
