Pleasantly Surprised

Our brother in law found this hotel for a trip we had all planned together. We choose it because it convenient to many things we were looking to do. We have never stayed with this hotel brand before but we have been pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfortable, clean and the rooms are spacious. We would stay here again.

The employee who staffed breakfast for the majority of our stay was absolutely outstanding. She singlehandedly made sure that the food was delicious, refilled, and kept clean and orderly every morning. The area was safe and close to a lot of dining and shopping areas. It was also a 7 minute drive to a Marta station where we were able to park for free and take the train into Atlanta. Will definitely be staying here again!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The posture of the cook and servers was kind and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that our bed mattress was old and the mattress springs were sunk in and loose. Additionally, the bedsheet was not the correct size for the bed. Thus, it consistently came off (the fitted sheet).

Not what I expected from a Hilton brand. Room was not prepared and toilet was clogged in first room. Moved to a second room and it was not prepared and the AC was not working properly. The room temp was 80 degrees at some points during the stay.

Overall decent, But furniture is old.

The overall stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was good, the service was decent. The location and ambiance of the hotel was good. But the furniture in our room has long required to be replaced. I've never sat on such an uncomfortable couch. The beds were a little too soft for my taste. Again the furniture and carpet just needs to be replaced.

Okay stay.

Hotel was clean. Air conditioner in room did not work well. Had to go twice to get room key reactivated. Breakfast was so-so. Stayed 2 nights and food choices were almost identical, but sausage and eggs were not very warm in the chafing dishes.

This is a nice hotel and has potential to do better. First night we were here, our first room a/c wasn't working. Knowing that at times it takes a room a while to cool down. We waited...ended up having to switch rooms at 4 in the morning. Second room was awesome and a/c did work nicely. When we were moving our things to the next room. Another visitor must have thrown up along the hallway to get to my room. I notified the front desk when I came back to drop off the old keys. It looked like he called someone. The vomit stayed there for the next 2 days. When it was finally dealt with you could tell they just vacuum the vomit and left the stain. After seeing that I am questioning the cleanliness of the entire property all together.
