The hotel is great and the staff and service were excellent. I needed a safe place that was convenient for a quick work trip and Hotel Granada delivered - the onsite restaurant and bar and outdoor area were nice touches. The room was spacious and artfully decorated. Would book again.

Stayed here for a work trip. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel felt like an oasis inside of a city. The location was amazing - I walked everywhere and felt safe. Honestly, the best hotel experience I have had in awhile. Will stay here again next time I am in Atlanta!

I loved everything except the lack of a microwave, refrigerator, or coffee maker in the room. For the price, it seems those would be included. Because of that alone, I probably will not stay there again. The staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly.

I didnt like when we came back for the night noone was there to vallet our car. And when we were checking out they took forever to find our car. Because the security guard had to park our vehicle the night before because no one was available.

The Hotel Granada Midtown is recently renovated. The vibe is modern, urban, chic. Brushed gold fixtures in my room against a darker matte green wall ... Very cool feeling. All white bed linens and bath linens. Cute little sitting area in the room. Bathroom was small but sufficient ... Shower only, no bathtub. Lovely courtyard where drinks/apps are served. Summer to fall change in season is a perfect time to enjoy that area. In ATL by myself on business, and I would definitely stay here again.

I dint not like the fact the the bathrooms were not clean. Hair was in the shower and sink. Ironing board was broke. Not enough space in the room. They didnt even have a microwave to accommodate mothers who have austic kids. My son dont eat meat nor veggies so i take his food with me. I even took my own bottle of water i just needed to warm it up to cook my son oatmeal. Then valet parking took forever to bring my car. I called front desk at 6:15 pm i didnt get my car until 7pm we waitwd outside forever just to find out front desk never delivered the message

The hotel was quite and staff was great. Being charged twice was a little upsetting but Manager was prompt to correct the problem now just have to wait on renbursment
