The hotel is lovely, the room was clean. The designs gave the hotel a nice vibe. But some things ruined the experience, first the hotel is valet only and it's very expensive charged per night! Receptionists during check in and checkout were not accurate. When checking Im supposed to have vip access which provides me with coupons for food, she didn't give me that. But I mentioned it during checkout and I got compensated. And during checkout the guy was in a hurry. He charged me extra and I have no idea what for, it was adjusted after I sent them an email through expedia. I also gave him my email to send me the receipt but I didn't get it, I received a message through expedia that the receipt was not sent because there was no email address!

Amazing hotel! Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and coffee shop were great, and the central courtyard is an amazing amenity. The location is also great for getting around midtown Atlanta. Highly recommend!

I am deeply disappointed to grant a negative review to the Hotel Granada. The reason being the random multiple charges to my account that took time away from my vacation to dispute them. Along with coming home and being overcharged once again with no reasoning. Aside from that, the hotel was beautiful and the room was perfect. The valet people deserve the world along with the bartenders. Thank you for making our trip just what we needed.

This hotel is so cute! The hallways have dim lighting which makes everything feel very relaxed and the rooms are beautiful. My husband and I stayed here for just a night but it was just what we needed. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure, and very spacious. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and remembered our names so each time we came and went from the hotel they greeted us by name, it was a hospitable touch.

Truly an amazing stay! We stumbled upon this property very last minute and when we arrived, my husband and I were truly blown away. For the price, it’s worth every penny! The rooms are stunning and give that boutique like feel. The lobby is cozy and has a cute coffee bar with delicious drinks! The outdoor patio is such a vibe although we didn’t get to use it much since we arrived during the hurricane. The staff is absolutely wonderful! We cannot WAIT to stay here again :)
