Hotel has an older theme but is very clean! No ice, no microwave, parking is around the corner, no valet and the front desk attendants were rude!!! I will not be returning.

I really wanted to enjoy this hotel but conditions of the room, setup, and service made it very unpleasant. When I went to take a shower, the pump on the soap was broken so I couldn’t use it. I was disturbed by the ding of the elevator heard as loud as if I was standing outside for it, every few minutes; it was so loud I couldn’t sleep. There were ants in my room, crawling even on the handle of the door. I was so disgusted. The electricity in my room flickered throughout the whole stay, and while I understand this is an older building, I did not feel safe with my electronic devices in case of power surge or “dirty power”. I had to manually flip the breaker in the room. I would highly suggest an electrician inspect the power to this room and floor. When I tried to get breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby, no one was there. Multiple attempts and not even the person at the check in desk acknowledged me or my guest. I really expected more based on other reviews. Maybe it was just a fluke, but I cannot recommend this hotel to other people after my experience.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely historic property. Newly renovated, friendly staff, convenient Midtown Atlanta location. Beds/bedding very comfortable, room sound proofed, beautiful rainfall shower, cold water faucet on sink didn’t work properly so easy to have burning hot water, ouch! Dined at Pom Court, had empanadas which were $21 for basically 6 bites (3 small ones) with no sides, tasted ok but not worth the price IMO. Also had the burger which was a double patty with fries for less $ and tasted much better IMO. Also had coffee at their coffee bar, we paid for a coffee & a caramel macchiato & then found out there was complimentary coffee for the guests which wasn’t offered to us.
