The cleaning staff is rude! You should not come to my door at 9am if check-out is 12noon. Don’t ask me if I plan to check-out and what time am I leaving. Coming to my door every hour only pissed me off even more. The hotel deposit is $150 when my room was only $100 after taxes…why is the deposit more than the cost of the room? Other properties in the same area only charge a $25 or $50 deposit. I spend about $1200 monthly on hotels in Atlanta and this is my first and last time at Indigo.

The gentleman at the front desk was great. He recommended a fantastic restaurant, The Corner Grill, and helped me with setting up a ride to the Airport. The rooms are pretty nice. The hallways and elevators could use a refresh.

When I informed the front desk about how nasty the shower was he was dismissive. Only when I was specific about hair being in the shower that he was willing to offer some assistance. The floor within the shower seemed half-clean, wear shower shoes. I left early because I just couldn't get over the shower floor, it was just nasty for real Yo.

Good for the value.
Obviously an older hotel that had been renovated and staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, mold around the base of the shower and long random pieces of black hair on the walls make the experience not as favorable as possible.

The property overall was nice. The lobby looks great! The only things I did not like about the room is the bathroom shower floor being pretty dirty and spaces/crack in the ceiling between the designs. But overall a decent and safe stay.

Ive been staying here for over a decade for an annual business conference. Its a quiet hotel just a short drive from the airport and conference center, making it ideal for me. However, this place is in need of an overhaul. My window sheers were shredded, the AC unit has leaked so much that the flooring around it is damaged, the shower is in need of a deep cleaning. Some fresh paint would be nice. But the staff is friendly!
