Did have issue with toilet. Had to take off top and hold down on the flapper ball to get it to re-fill. If staying longer than one night would have had repaired. Staff provided a discount for our inconvenience. She was very friendly and helpful. Very good rates compared to adjacent hotels.

Solid hotel very convenient for the Tabernacle and downtown Atlanta. Right next to a metro stop so very easy for the airport. Rooms clean. A solid but not spectacular hotel and a good price. The area around the hotel has all the normal problems you should expect if you are staying downtown. We didn't feel unsafe walking back to the hotel late at night.

Great Experience
We stayed with our two toddlers and our dog. The hotel was nice, all the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The guys outside recommended great restaurants. The staff at the hotel restaurant were great with our toddlers who were hyped up. Overall great experience.

Overall it was okay. The parts that I wasn’t happy about were: Room service was very rude and not helpful at all, was given an open bottle of water with breakfast order, and ordered an item from the menu that’s not even an existing item to order. When you call the front desk for help they barely pick up. Room service number on the hotel phone doesn’t pick up at all. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again based on those things.

Lovely hotel. The only real downside is the parking situation. Had to circle the block before we got lucky and could even pull in to have valet check. Self-park was pretty out of the way and I wasn't even clear on where I could enter. The cost for parking is a bit exorbitant, but that seems par for the course in the area.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and stylish, and the hotel staff (concierge & bartenders) were 100. Would definitely stay here again, and will recommend the hotel to others, too.
