The day we arrived the hotel had an incident where water was cut off for the entire time of our stay. On top of that there was a $100 deposit that was never given back to us. Although we had no water to shower. They provided us with a gallon.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel, Markonat the front desk was super friendly, the GM Mrs Jackson male sure guest are treated like family. Looking forward to visiting again soon! Indigo Vinings will be our hotel of choice anytime we visit Atlanta!

If you want to ruin your trip - this is the place!

The asset manager (property owner) has clearly decided to abandon this property. Avoid this place like the plague. It's on the downward slide. All systems had failed. No room keys available. No air conditioning. Imagine having to wait in line to have someone take you to your unconditioned room, but then you can't leave because you don't have a key. Nightmare?! Nope. That is the reality at this hotel. Update: Day 2 Still don't have any keys for our rooms. Original room still at 78 degrees. "Free breakfast" is order by menu from a terribly overworked person. Just wanted a muffin to go. Muffin is on menu but not available. You think it can't get any worse.... Then they just manage to accomplish that. Again. This has all the marks of an asset that is being "let go". Don't give these people your hard earned money.

Should have had more than one person working at the front desk when it’s a system outage. It should be a better way to have knowledge of if the rooms are still occupied. Other than customers going to their rooms and people and clothing is still there. Hot tub wasn’t working, it should have had an out of service sign on it. Hallways weren’t vacuumed, debris everywhere. The ice area had a mini freezer which looked as if the broken up bag of ice had been there for months. That was also unsanitary to have different people using it with their hand, which I did not and was told I had to get ice from the bar. Grounds of outside pool and walkways needed sweeping. Breakfast was cold, the coffee was nasty looked it had something floating around the edges of the cup.

Wonderful staff! Pretty hotel!

The hotel was great for a staycation. The amenities are nice and the hotel is comfy and clean! The staff is so super friendly and helpful! Deja helped me in get checked in. She is definitely a person you want as the face of your business. She was so warm with a big smile and very welcoming! Also, I grabbed breakfast before I headed out. Malik my server was a gem! The staff here definitely made the experience that much better!
