We got to the hotel on the day of the hurricane, and they had experienced a power outage. The staff was no nice and accommodating, even offering us a free drink in the bar while we waited. They were very responsive to any small issues that we had, and remedied any problems immediately.

Beautiful hotel! Clean, modern, great shower, auto night lights, large tv. All staff helpful and friendly. Hotel parking on ninth floor is only negative but not a deal breaker. Many restaurants within walking distance, Hudsons Grill was our favorite.

We've stayed here for 2 other DragonCons, but this was not a relaxing stay. Our room was ready an hour late, luckily the staff is nice so we just waited. We slept awful every night due to constant sirens. The AC has some feature that kicks it off the set temp after a few hours which is awful after a hot long day. We won't return to this location.
