We have stayed at this hotel so many times and it just keeps getting better each time. The staff deserve 10 stars. The customer service is the best! It is in the perfect location in Midtown Atlanta to walk to dining and the park. We look forward to the next trip!

Loved our room, housekeeping was phenomenal. Our only comment is in regards to a better microwave/or having a microwave in our room. The one in the snack lobby is very small, and did a poor job of heating up our food.

Nice staff but many other problems.

Valet and front desk staff were very nice and professional. We just had some problems with the room. The room was sfuffy so the air had to stay on which made it very cold. The dumb automatic lights on the bed are just plain stupid. Either lower the brightness considerably or turn it off. The bathroom automatic night was dull so it was fine. The shower was pathetic. It has like 5 streams and the pressure was horrible. The football game was on YouTubetv and the hotel could not accommodate me. Pathetic. No reason for me not to me able to have that channel on TV when you have apps like Netflix. Just doesn’t make sense.

Overall a very good stay except the gym was not as what was shown on the site with no separate strength machines which is why we booked at this hotel... their welcome letter also states strength training machines which sadly are not here, but it was a good stay, perfect location otherwise

amazing service

this hotel was amazing, and the valet service was so helpful as well. They helped us with all of our baggage help us unload and reload it back in the car at checkout.

Great Location - Lacking a Wow

Room was cleaned and made up everyday but the bed was not the most comfortable and pillows were #deflategate Parking is reasonably priced for the area but a pain to go all the way up and down the 9th floor (required). Valet would be the way to go but $40/nt is a bit much. The bar and market were expensive. Even their happy hour was sad. At this pricepoint I would expect a microwave in the room. The only one available is in the lobby shop. Staff were all very kind, warm, and accommodating
