I’ve never felt the need to review for a hotel. But this time I feel like I should. I booked this hotel for my daughter and I for the weekend. I only get So often because I live a few states away. The room kept bugging out and not working so we had to call the front desk several times to get the TV to work and reset it. Our second night at the hotel there was an incident with another tenant two doors down from us where the police and SWAT team had to be contacted. It was very loud. It was very scary for my daughter. People screaming bloody murder. The front desk kept as a stay in our room And I feel like it wasn’t safe because they were acting as if the person had a weapon in the room. Didn’t like his reaction. Felt like though Hotel was not taking me seriously when it was a very scary situation. I had to literally hold my daughter and carry her past the swat team With guns drawn and swat team with helmets and shields up because it was such a serious situation. I feel like it was handled poorly. And the day of checkout, it clearly says 12 PM check out my website. Four different people entered my room without knocking knocking the day of checkout before 12 noon thinking I had checked out already. One happened while I was in the shower. I couldn’t believe it honestly. It was super unprofessional and and very odd. I’ve never complained about a stay at a hotel before till now

The entire staff were professional, friendly, helpful and kind. Many guest have someone at one of the local hospitals. The entire staff seemed cognizant of that fact and took great care in that regard.
