Likes The breakfast options each day were phenomenal and the front desk was very well run. Dislikes Ice machine on our floor was out of service for duration of the stay and laundry room had leaking appliance.

I took my family here for vacation. The staff is very friendly. The room is cleaned and big. The star buck is lobby. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotels is closed to the highway. My family love the location of the hotel and the room with the view we had.

I made a reservation weeks in advance for a room with two beds and a couch. When I checked in I was told that they only had a room with 1 king bed available. There were 5 of us and this simply wouldn't work. The clerk said they were filled up and she had no more rooms. But then She did manage to find another room with a king bed so my husband and I split ourselves and the kids between two rooms. I appreciate that they did a accommodate us but don't understand how you can make a reservation and then be told they don't have your room when you arrive.

I specifically chose this hotel because the website advertised on site restaurant. This was not true. I had to walk in very hot weather to a restaurant several blocks away. If I had a disability, this would have been impossible. On my way back to the hotel, and man stopped his car and tried to get me to go with him. I am 70 years old...this was very distressing, and I am very, very angry that the hotel misrepresented itself.

This property advertises fraudulent amenities. There is no restaurant on site and there is no real bar. Just a small area on the side of the check in desk with limited options. You can walk to nearby eateries but the area is not safe to do so.
