The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful . They didn’t honor their word. One staff member gave me information that apparently wasn’t correct. They denied my 16 yr old son the opportunity to use their phone to call me. They cancelled my reservation after I spoke with a staff member who said that would not happen. I was visiting out of state so I was left stranded. The supervisor told me it’s other hotels I can get in contact with. This took place at 230am.

Budget.

Hotel was not expensive. Rooms were clean and quiet. The staff seemed amateurish. The food was sub-par. Everything at the breakfast was the cheapest and mist unappealing. The eggs tasted like they were from a dried reconstituted mix. Not up to Hyatt standards.

More options in the 24 hour kiosk would be better. My kids got in at 1am. They were hungry and there wasn’t a lot of options for snacks. A couple kinds of chips that my kids have never tried. And we know kids are picky!! lol the popcorn was great option! But the hotel was great!

Everything about my stay was great! The airport shuttle was on time, check in was easy, the room was large and clean, and I was able to stream my own content on the giant TV in the room. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice room. Close to airport, transportation to and from airport provided. But the night shift staff person was cold unwelcoming and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. It made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay for a day or two.
