I booked my hotel at 1 minute after midnight, booked me for the following day. No customer service and hotel basically said "sorry your loss" extremely rude.

When we checked in didn’t start off well. Young lady at the desk sent us upstairs and our room was on the ground floor. But the next two exceptionally friendly young women. One at the desk with beautiful braids. And another I’m assuming manager came to our side when shuttle was full and immediately had a solution. I was so happy with how they handle it especially when I am usually coming in hot. Give them a pay raise very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you to them sorry I didn’t get their names. Hope this gets to you and brightens your day.

Canceled on me while I was in flight.

Flying in on a heavily delayed flight and booked this before i boarded my flight to make sure i got a a room while i was stuck in ATL. Flight landed just after midnight and the room was canceled because i didnt check in by midnight. I didnt know this until inwas already on the shuttle. I contacted them and they said i "should have called to notify them". How am insupposed to call when im 30,000 feet in the air? I explained this and they said it didnt matter as they sold my soom again and had nothing left.
