The front desk staff was excellent. The property is directly across the street from the Georgia Aquarium, along with the World of Coca-Cola and Centennial Olympic Park. Also, the College Football Hall of Fame is about a 3-minute walk away. There are a plethora of dining options within walking distance. We parked our car at check-in and walked everywhere for the two days we were there. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the breakfast was tasty. Every staff member, from housekeeping to valet and dining staff, was excellent. We have already decided this is our go-to hotel in Atlanta from now on.

This place is a bit of a disappointment, for the paid price. It almost felt like I bothered the person at checkin. Other than the fact room that the room was big, furniture was dated, walls had some stains, carpet was coming off in places and there were no slippers or at least a complimentary bottle of water offered. I’ll give some credit to them because they tried making up for this offering drink vouchers and a cookie. But still no water in the room. Breakfast is well below average, with very limited options, no cold cuts, no vegetables. Everything would pass as acceptable for a hostel or a student dorm, not for a $500 before taxes hotel.

Property was in fantastic location for activities around Centennial Park. Hotel was about 20 minute ride from the airport. Area was very walkable with multiple restaurants nearby. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast was delicious and room accommodations very clean. Would definitely consider this location if in the area again.

Take it or leave it.

Booked a 2 Queen suite. Upon check in told the room I reserved was no longer available and was given a king suite (we were a party of 5). Told it was all they had - take it or leave it. Restaurant at hotel was closed. Charged $75 to park my car. All the things that could have made this hotel great were just not there, but when you arrive in Atlanta I guess it’s take or leave it.

We came in for an atlanta hawks game. Place was exactly what we needed. Convenient to lots of attractions. Very helpful when some items were left in the room. All items were returned intact.

Pros: Hotel was clean and secure, staff was very friendly, free breakfast was good, and it is conveniently located for walking to Olympic park and surrounding restaurants. Cons: $55.00 per overnight parking, construction going on right outside our window, some homeless loitering about (but it’s Atlanta, so we expected that). All in all it was good for what we needed. If you decide to make a reservation I would suggest calling and making sure you get a room that is on the opposite side of the construction area.
