Booked one night in our way to helen. We arrived around 8pm and the check in was very fast and staff explained everything needed. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. They provided real food and a variety to choose from. However, the only thing i didnt like is that they charge you valet parking only and is $55 and you have until 3pm of the day of check out to removed it if not they will charge you $20 more. The valet people dont let you park or move the car there, in other words they will do everything for you. Overall its a very nice hotel to stay at a reasonable price and increable breakfast.

The breakfast had fresh strawberries, pineapplie, hard boiled eggs in the shell, french toast, potatoes, bagels, bananas, and more good stuff. Probably would have gotten 2nds if I ate downstairs. I went back to my room now to avoid coughing people. Relatively quiet. Nice staff.

Parking was very expensive. I already pay for the hotel so to pay for parking every night was inconvenient. I am a mother who breast pumps and the mini fridge was not working I ask for a new one and no one came to replace and was told the mini fridge doesn’t get cold. They offered me to use the persona fridge down stairs but I was very uncomfortable with that. Plus with having a baby I need the milk more available then having to go down stairs because no mini fridge works

The people who work here are very kind and considerate. They held our bags before and after we technically had our room with no issue. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the aquarium and coke world, but if you’re just going to use the metro it’s a bit of a walk! It worked out and was a great location and stay for us!

Too much construction noise located right out side the room. If we had known there was construction being done we would not have booked this room. Late night concert at the State Farm arena and being woken up early morning 6:00 a.m. by construction equipment was not a good experience.

Excellent property but they don’t matter about any inconvenience or delays. Our flight was cancelled and they hotel pretend to cancel our reservation, even when we pay for three days if we don’t show up the first night. Neither reimbursed or credit for the night. Expedia do nothing.
