Area may be a little sketchy. You need a card key for hotel to get into the hotel. There is security.

The property manager on duty stated that 2 hotels has the same address. The hotel i was given the impression that I was booking was not the same hotel that was booked, I was told that I would be given a refund because of the mix-up but I had to contact Expedia. We encountered multiple issues and turned the entire event for my daughter. I am extremely disappointed as well as my family I didn't see this happening on my daughter sweet 16 but this was the result of it. I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding this issue immediately.. Thanks

Check in was superb. After settling in on my first night I saw a cockroach on the wall. It was very traumatic . Contacted the front desk and they moved me into another room. Would like to be compensated for this awful experience.

This property seems old and dated. It needs updating for sure. The bathroom is very small, and there's not a lot of space in there. The staff seems focused on reading books and being on their phones rather than helping customers. The property is on the fringe of downtown. It's not super close to any tourist attractions, and there are not many restaurants nearby.

The hotel was overall satisfactory. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was bothThe rooms were spotlessly clean, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was both delicious and filling. . The small business center proved to be a valuable asset. However, the fitness room was a bit of a letdown. It was quite small and overcrowded with cardio machines that lacked weights.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't get to eat their breakfast, because on the weekends they don't serve until 7:00, and we had to leave each morning by 6:45.
