We actually left another hotel early to come here. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Very clean property. Very clean room. Staff is very friendly. We didn't get to try the bar/restaurant but we did stop by the snack market. A little overpriced for the convenience style and maybe not as much variety as I'd like but I appreciate the midnight snack option. Right next to the hotel is 18 dollar a night parking. Or if you are ok crossing the street the public parking is free. very quiet! You didn't hear other guests coming or going, no doors slamming, etc. My only complaint at all is about low water pressure in the shower and not as hot as it could be. But I have begun to expect this in most hotels are they move towards being eco friendly.

First of all, they have 2 “convenient” parking options but you have to pay for both. Theres a third option thats free but you have to cross the street to access it. About the stay itself the room itself was fine. We were in an ADA room where the shower was poorly designed to where the water wasn’t contained in the shower instead it would go all over the floor soaking the floor outside of the shower. Upon check-in I was told that we would have to request housekeeping, however when I called the front desk several times I would get no answer so I had to go downstairs to request towels the first day he said he would send someone. I was in the room for several hours no one ever came. I went back downstairs later that evening and there was a different person at the desk she went in the backroom and got towels for me immediately. The next morning I requested housekeeping from the same guy that I requested the towels from the day before. After being away all day I came back to discover the room had not been serviced. I had to go back downstairs to get clean towels this was an evening shift person and they immediately gave me towels.
