Our stay was sub-par. The staff was very uninterested in hospitality or customer service. Our room was unsatisfactory. The shower was filthy, black mold in the shower grout, the AC was not working all the time. There was scotch tape covering the smoke detector in the room. The elevators were garbage and a possible safety hazard. I stay at many Hyatt Place hotels and this is by far the worst one I've ever stayed at. The hotel owner should be ashamed of this place and put a little bit of his many profits into hiring better people and maintenance. Never staying at this hotel again.

Everything was clean but some things in the room were turn offs for me. The shower curtain was moldy/mildew on the plastic protector. The bathroom light worked when it felt like it. The phone didn’t work at all to call the front desk.

Elevator wasn't working properly, creaky, loud, could hear everything going on outside room, pool not clean. Didn't supply sheet for pull out couch and refused to bring it up to room. We had to go down to front desk for it at 1030 pm with kids. Unfriendly staff. Won't be staying again.

Saggy queen

Went to check in and found the room I had reserved months in advance was no longer available. I was offered a room with a queen bed. Once we got to the room we found our bed sagged in the middle making for an uncomfortable overnight stay.

If dust and debris under the sofa, dirty plates and cutlery used during breakfast, or the same cleaning cloth being used on both the table surface and the floor—including the table legs—are not an issue for you, then you might consider staying at this hotel. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs. They did their best to assist us, and we were satisfied with their service. However, in terms of cleanliness, the hotel unfortunately fell short.

The staff here was wonderful- all went above and beyond. We came here after leaving another hotel- this is clean, no funny smells, large rooms and very safe.

. Check in was at 3. The room wasn’t ready at 4 when we arrived. Told 30 minutes. Told another 30. We were offered a drink from the bar, but after driving 7 hours, we expected to get into our room. Constantly had to wait for towels..we would be told they would be brought to our room, and that did not happen. Employees were friendly. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and hot scrambled eggs were a plus.
