Stayed in this property multiple times and was always good. Property is under renovation and will continue till April 2025. Earlier stays the breakfast provided was good but now it is loosing its standards. Staff who received us were courteous but who took the keys back had an attitude. Properly is safe, lot of restaurant and shopping choices, good parking.

I stayed with the family at the Hyatt in a standard 2 queen room and rooms are as per photos and have been renovated. It is away from Atlanta downtown and about 25mins to get to downtown. Free breakfast was ok with some hot and cold options. Room was big. Bathroom was ok but toilet in our room leaked. Staff were nice and parking was free and easy. Plenty of places to eat and shop around the area. We had a car so getting to and from downtown wasn’t an issue.

We really enjoyed staying at this Hyatt hotel. The hotel and our room were clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was great - close to North Point Mall plus many other stores, many dining options and also close to GA 400 and where my family lives in Alpharetta - just overall, a great location. And free parking, unlike many other hotels close to Avalon!

Besides the room looking aesthetically pleasing, everything else was pretty mediocre. For starters, the shower did not have good water pressure, and it barely got hot. That alone was disappointing enough. The food was bland, with not a lot of options. & on my first night, the French toast was undercooked. The view outside was shopping centers (which wasn’t a big deal overall. Lastly, the main elevator wouldn’t go down to the first floor, so we’d have to wait for another. My honest review, compared to better hotels I’ve stayed at. I won’t book again.

The room was Nasty hair in the bed hair on the floor. They do NOT change them sheets or comforter and that’s disgusting. I would recommend looking at the room before staying in it. I was on the the 4th floor and all you smelled was weed. Hair on the pillow cases, sheets etc.

Even though the room was spacious and we had two queen beds for a family of four. My issue was with their breakfast. Even though they are supposed to close breakfast at 10 around 9:30 when we were at the lobby we saw everything was depleted. They ran out of boiled eggs with no cutlery in sight. When I asked for a refill I was told their burners are closed at 9:30. I complained to the staff that the kids are hungry and technically they are supposed to serve breakfast until 10. They even ran out of coffee She apologized and moved on with her day. I am not staying in this hotel again
