clean, although the front desk was completely understaffed and couldn't even make coffee, also purchased a water bottle from the front desk, but it had a hole in it like someone had put a needle through it from what I've seen on videos

Lobby was unkept and outdated, sort of uninviting to just sit and have a drink. Anyway, the main thing was that the hotel does not offer bottled water in the rooms. I’ve never been to a hotel where you do not get too complementary bottles of water no matter your membership status. Outdated practices here.

Room was fine, no great shakes, but it was clean. The lobby area was kind of unkept outdated. But the main thing was that the hotel does not offer bottled waters unless you remember. This is the strangest thing I’ve never been to a hotel where you don’t get two complementary bottles of water. Anyway.

The room was spotless, good choice for breakfast and lovely staff. The only down side was there are no blackout blinds and where our room was located looking out to the car park there were 4 spotlights pouring light into the room. We were on the second floor.

Breakfast was very good, not arranged well. The strawberries were before the waffles etc. Our key card stopped working after breakfast which was really annoying. They need more staff on the front desk at checkout

Overall the stay was excellent! The room was nice and very clean. The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was subpar, cold, and not great, but it’s a free hotel breakfast, I’ll live. We’d definitely stay here again!

These walls are paper thin! You could hear everything next door and every time the door shut it rattled all of the walls. One staff member was friendly, but one was not. Overall it is an okay stay, but if you want to sleep undisturbed then you should find another hotel.
