Check in process was slow. Breakfast was nothing great. The AC & refrigerator made noise at night. The tap on basin was loose. The cleaning crew threw away the hand soap bar & it was not replaced till next day inspite of telling the front desk. The only good thing was that rooms were clean. Expected better from a Hyatt hotel.

The hotel is a little older, but it is still very nice. The hotel as a whole was very clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, especially if we are going to the Ameris Bank Amphitheater. They had free transportation to and from the amphitheater. The guy driving the shuttle went out of his way to take us to get food after he brought us back to the hotel. I give this hotel 5 stars!

Upon arrival I learned my room wouldn't be ready for awhile so Christina, the front desk staff member held my luggage in a secure place which helped tremendously. My reservation was for a King and I was pleased with the substantial amount of space in my room; the fresh berries and yogurt hit the spot the following morning for breakfast. I needed a late checkout due to a chaotic schedule and had no opposition whatsoever. Again, the staff on property were exceptional!
