The location was convenient, easy access to universities, the airport, and major tourist attractions. Parking garage was secure and at $10 a night was far cheaper than other hotels. Only drawbacks are the rooms are dated and there is no daily housekeeping - which might be due to staffing numbers. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and any requests we made were quickly met.

This was a nice hotel in a great location for shops and places to eat. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. Overall it was a great stay. The hotel itself just needs a bit of an update. Rooms were clean though so as long as the room is clean I’m happy.

The breakfast meal is very basic and has horrible taste (French sticks", scrambled eggs, etcetera). The room furniture and carpet floor are so old that you can smell it. Although the bathroom shower has a good volume of water, it's very difficult to be in the shower with so high pitch/rusty sound when it's turned on. The bed duvets/blanket are so old and overused, that you can clearly see stains all over it and no more foam inside of it. A few receptionists were actually in good mood. Overall horrible experience.

My grandkids were given thoughtful things to play with packaged in a backpack . Very thoughtful and appreciated. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to my friends for sure. Thank you so much.

Had an issue with noise ( not the hotels fault but street construction overnight). I talked to the front desk the next morning and they immediately changed my room to the other side of the hotel. The staff at the front desk was excellent!

Complete garbage customer service
Evacuated Florida for hurricane. Spent 13 hours on the road should have been 6. Go inside to check in for the 5 nights that I paid for in advance and told they gave my room away because I showed up late. I literally paid in full the entire amount. Even if I showed up on day 5 it shouldn’t matter if I literally paid for the nights.
