I stay here at times. In this trip breakfast was not food at all. Cook must have change. Very disappointed and the room they gave me I was hearing music from the window. It was a work trip like always and a good night sleep is important.

Everything about my stay was great with one exception. The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was convenient (a little expensive) and the hotel was very conveniently located for anyone wanting to be near lots of food, entertainment, and shopping options. The only negative was the breakfast arrangement. It was chaotic and disorganized. Not once were there enough plates, bowls, or cutlery for the very normal number of guests present. More often than not, the actual food was all gone as well. The staff did their best to replenish, though!

I would skip this one

Honestly disappointed, I read the reviews and reviewed the pictures and neither truly reflected how the property itself actually was. For the price, I paid entirely too much for our families two nights. The property is dated and I mean truly dated. We paid $250 a night. The room was the most disappointing. The room itself was large, which was great but the cleanliness level was disturbing. Tons of mold in the bathroom, it’s obvious they’re struggling with a leak in the ceiling because you can see the bubbling and previous repair attempts. The bedding and bed underskirt was dirty and not a little dirty, it was very dirty. Walking from the parking garage to the hotel, all you could smell was weed, which was interesting explaining to a 9 year old. Also there wasn’t good lighting considering the closest entrance is at the side of the building. If you’re looking for a place to stay with your family, I would not recommend this one. I would add the little staff we did see, were very nice.

Worst stay ever

It smell really bad of Marijuana in the lobby and on the elevator. We went to enjoy with my family and explaining my little ones what is that smells, and i wasn't told Hyatt charge for the parking.
