I decided to go for this hotel because of the pictures shown in Expedia. They are not accurate. The conditions of this hotel are pretty bad. My family we went for a wedding and we had a horrible experience at this hotel. Rooms carpet had red stains, walls are dirty, my window had a missing curtain so the sun was right in my face in the morning. In my father’s room , he had to put the toilet lit up in order to open the bathroom door. Wallpaper is falling apart . They have staples . There was trash all over the floor outside one of the rooms. We felt unsafe all the time. Our rooms were in a non smoking area. However, people were smoking weed around the hotel installations and the smell was all over the hallway. I’ve made several reservations with Expedia for years and this is the worst experience ever. I can’t believe Expedia advertises this hotel on its website. I will never ever go back or recommend this hotel. Additionally, they didn’t even give me a receipt. If I see a weird charge on my credit card , I will dispute it . Stay away from this hotel, go somewhere else !

The pictures of the room are a lie, they are very different. Just one elevator, one of them was out of service. Carpets with Stains, very small bathroom. We felt unsafe. Just Horrible!

This place smells the elevator it's under repair only one of them work so going up and down takes forever. The pictures are very misleading I will not recommend nor will I be back

Rooms were dirty(roaches, mice, ants), noisy. Only one elevator working and it even runs very slow. No room service (limited towels provided even when asked for more towels). Staff was rude and unprofessional. Did not return our deposit.

They need more maintenance in the room stain was on the wall. Bathroom door was pry open have not been repaired. The carpet and a couch have a stain. The edge of the carpet have some kind of white stain all over.
