Stayed there because I’ve stayed in other Sonesta properties and they have been outstanding. Seems to be owned by different management since the property was in bad conditions. There was something rotten inside the refrigerator so I let the receptionist know if they could send somebody and clean that up since it has a very bad smell and was contaminated. I left for an hr, when I came back I asked if they had already went up and she said yes it was taken care of. When I entered the room everything was still there and no one went up and cleaned it. I had to put everything on a trash can and clean it up myself with sanitizer and towels. Left management know I left everything outside the room and never went up and picked it up until the next day when the ladies were doing room service and took care of it. House keeping is the only thing good in that property. Found roaches inside, the sink was broken, tv, was broken, remote didn’t work and on top of all that my car was broken into being parked in the very front very visible. Cameras didn’t capture anything at all. Look at all the cameras they had and most of them don’t even work, or are broken. How can you keep your guest safe when even on the hallways there is no cameras at all. Anyone can brake into the room and no one would know. Many guest were in the front desk complaining about something not working and the front desk couldn’t do anything about it. They need to post that on their website stating they are under maintenance.

I felt bad for the front desk staff. There was no TV in the rooms and poor internet quality. I did not stay there and expect a refund of the full hotel amount. Disappointing

I really wish I can get my money back for this stay. For starters, my bed wasn't fully made up. I only had a fitted sheet and a flat sheet to sleep with when I asked for a comforter I was told that they didn't have a lot available and I was given extra sheets, only one elevator was working, so most of the time I took the stairs, the net became a problem when I almost stepped in dog poop, going down the stairs, the stairwell, head, dog, poop, and pee running down the stairs I could barely walk without stepping and poop. I didn't know that this hotel was in "extended stay". I was about to go to dinner when I walked out my room and found four little kids and a small dog sitting directly in front of my door. They were quiet, so I didn't hear them before I get to the door, and I almost fell on one of them, children were running around all times a night and people were outside at every door, begging for change and on top of everything, my room window didn't have a privacy curtain so I had to be cautious of how I walked around my own room. I would not be staying here again I'm so disappointed with this hotel quality. I wish I had took pictures. You really couldn't believe it until you saw it.
