Spacious room, but not at the top of my list.

My husband and our 8 year olds stayed last night while our son played in a nearby soccer tournament. Pros: -The staff members at the front desk were very nice, and we were able to check in way earlier for a small fee which was very helpful. -The specialty room with 2 double beds was PERFECT for us because of how spacious it is. We had plenty of room to spread out with a big, L-shaped couch that folds into a bed. I loved having the little "kitchenette" and work station. -The hotel and room were clean. Cons: -I always choose hotels with a "complimentary" breakfast to make life easier. When we got down there about 40 minutes after breakfast began (7am-10am), we were very disappointed. We were hungry and ready to eat the eggs, sausage, and hash browns (as advertised) before my son's game, and there were none left. We were almost late because we had to hurry up and spend extra money on a breakfast that should have been provided as stated. -We realized at bedtime that we didn't have extra sheets or blankets in our room for the pull-out bed, so my husband called the front desk to have some sent up. The person he spoke to asked who he was since his name wasn't on the reservation, they asked for my name, and said that they didnt have us "registered" to the room. This was annoying because all we needed was the bedding, it was about 8:00pm, and THEN she told him he could come downstairs and get it if he wants it. He had to get dressed and go down there. Unbelievable! -Slow elevator

Honestly this property didn’t match what’s online at the time of my booking. From the start the guy that checked me in didn’t mention parking fee. Instead they put something on my car which forced me to pay a extra $5 to pay online. This was a total inconvenience. Meanwhile only one elevator worked so it took forever to get to and from you room. Once in the room we noticed a stuffy smell. The carpet was super dirty. The bathroom is super small. The bed was way firm and wasn’t comfortable at all. No blanket was provided for the sofa bed. The wall unit didn’t warm well so we did have two cooler nights in our room. The breakfast and so called bar was weak. Please fall for the hype. I didn’t see a restaurant at all. While on the elevator we heard others complaining about their room as well. This will be my families first stay and will definitely be our last. We was super disappointed during our stay but we made the best of it given the fact this was my birthday trip.

What I liked was the room was very clean & what I didn't like is you have to pay for parking per night. I thought the parking was for free. Hopefully they can change that for guests who are staying. I can understand for those who are visiting the guests. When I went up the stairs the wall painting was coming off. there were some rust stains & some mildew. In addition, the elevators were slow.

Staff very rude. General Manager seemed not to care. I paid for 5 rooms up font. check in was incredibly hard with the rude people. Website said free self parking made me pay for 12.00 a night.
