The property was fantastic. We went for the 4th of July and it was affordable, breakfast and staff was great. Easy drive into Atlanta without all the hassle and expense of staying in Atlanta. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone or any group.

Clean, comfortable room. Overall property in very good condition. Breakfast was ok, could have had a few more selections (such as eggs, bacon, biscuit gravy for their biscuits). Their QR code in room said their "The Placery" had food, 24/7 (sandwiches, etc.), when asked to place order at front desk, the guy was a little abrupt that they did not make food, and basically had no idea what i was soeaking about, so that was a little put-off but overall it was a good stay. Photo with review on their own web site advertises their "The Placery"

Dirty & Horrible Service

The room was nasty and the bed had a washed over dubious stain. There seemed to be something wrong with the window as it was extremely humid in Georgia in the middle of July. The room was so humid that the carpet and sheets felt damp to the touch. I reached out to the hotel front desk about canceling my second night because it was not clean and they kept saying they were “busy” and to come back in a few hours. After finally being pushed off a few times, they finally got back to me saying no returns because I “had not let them know”. I don’t even care about losing the cost of the second night. I will absolutely never stay there again. It is dirty with terrible service!

I want to give feedback regarding an issue we encountered during our stay at your hotel,which left us feeling quite uncomfortable. Throughout our stay ,we were not Provided with a room key for our accommodation.Instead , the staff had to use a master key to grant access to our room each time.While,we appreciate the staff's assistance ,the situation caused us significant discomfort and a sense of insecurity,as it deviated from the standard expectations of privacy and convenience. We choose your hotel for its reputation for quality service which is missing this stay

Very clean rooms and the staff in general is kind and friendly. We arrived and their card was broken so during several days the staff member needed to open our room door. On the last night that we finally had the keys the door wouldn’t open and they needed to fix again. The hotel is all but well maintained. Breakfast is normal, it has the basic things.

The hotel staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room (double queen) with sofa bed was very clean and roomy. Towels, bed and room were cleaned and changed daily! Breakfast was included and was great! Lots of options. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

On this app it says this hotel has laundry. IY DOES NOT! Stayed 7 days had to drive 30/45 minutes every day to wash baseball uniforms! Then I had a family emergency had to leave a day early and they would not refund me! Mean while the GM and her family were there in the lobby as if that was their primary residence. I’m sure there was a washer/dryer access to only them!
