Staff was amazing, property is worked needs to be refurbished. The hotel had a musty smell throughout, elevator did not work, long wait for one. We had 3 rooms altogether only one room was cleaned during out 2 night stay.

The property needs an upgrade. Our toilet didn’t work and the shower was flooding so we had to switch rooms. The front desk staff (Malcolm) was great!! The rooms were not that clean but we made the best of it! (Thank god for Lysol and Clorox wipes) overall it wasn’t too bad. I wouldn’t stay again at this particular Hyatt but I’ll continue to stay with the brand

There was no restaurant called La Placery as indicated on the website. I chose this hotel with an eatery so I wouldn’t have to go out to eat. However, there was no eatery. I will not be back.

The hotel has a horrible smell on the third floor loke mildew and trash. I reported the smell to the manager but she never investigated the smell but she told me she sent house keeping to shampoo the carpets but that never happened. They did offer to change my room but i just didnt have time to move all my stuff. The ice machine is also broken and has been for a long time. Very disappointed that never happened.
