It was very conveniently located. I don't know why this place gets so many stars. It is very basic and I found the front staff wasn't particularly helpful. The front valet area was under construction, which happens so that's okay. But we always had to walk through some people smoking on the sidewalk and there was no where else than right next to them to wait for Uber. It was unpleasant. I thought the small outdoor balcony was nice to have on the first day, but our next door was drinking and partying until late at the second night and was very very loud. I will look for another hotel next time when I get a chance to stay in downtown Atlanta.

I love the hotel I love the room as well but one thing I did not like is $65 per a night for parking was to outrageous then a $300 deposit told me I was gonna get that back soon as I checked out well I had made it home and I still haven’t got my deposit That’s what I don’t like hitting fees other than that I get a hotel of 10 but that parking is outrageous y’all gotta do something about that in that deposit fee we supposed to get it back soon as we check out we should get it back right there

The room was clean and the hotel lobby is very cool. The elevators goin up the atrium is a neat feature. I was not aware of the hisotical significance to Atlanta of the hotel until I researched it after i arrived.

Everything was great but there was construction going on so you couldn’t check in from the front. Had to go upstairs to the desk from the parking garage. Toilet handle was broken and the lil marker didn’t have much of a selection. Other than that, things were good-clean, friendly, well appointed.
