I stayed there for the Rolling Stones concert in Atlanta, as did most of the other guests it seemed. The management and staff did a really good job following the vibe for the event as there was Rolling Stones decor and music everywhere!

I stay here often for work, and although there are many hotels in the area, the Hyatt Regency is my preference. Not only is it clean, spacious, and conveniently located near many restaurants and bars, but the staff is top-tier. Every single staff member you encounter in this hotel is genuinely kind, friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The check-in desk, guest services, bar, housekeeping, and valet staff are all simply the best. What I love the most is seeing familiar faces when I return to work each month from out of town. Dakye at the front desk has continuously helped ensure that my concerns were addressed immediately and is always pleasant, no matter the time of day. And I wish I could remember the bartender's name with the black and brown highlights in her hair, she is fantastic (I hope this reaches her). She is the most hospitable bartender ever. She remembers her customers and their usual orders and makes you feel at home, almost like Cheers lol. And as a single woman who travels for work, often alone, this is something that truly makes my stay more comfortable. My company will pay for my accommodations no matter where I choose to stay, and I will choose this hotel every time. The rollercoaster-like elevator is cool too!
