We took refuge from Hurricane Helene in style. This hotel is always great! Pet friendly so the whole family could join in the adventure and the neighborhood behind the hotel was great for a long walk to tire the dogs out. Thank you!

The hotel is nice and in a good location. I didn’t like the check in, when I was told that they had blocked my daughter’s debit card for the amount of the whole 4 night stay. They then blocked my card for the same amount advising that they would refund my daughter, however the refund took 3 days. I had specifically phoned to let them know that my daughter was on an earlier flight but they would not let her in the room without her paying upfront. This was even the case while there was hurricane passing through Atlanta at the time and she was soaking wet. I am very disappointed in the Intercontinental Buckhead for doing this and ruining our stay.

Old reliable.
Service and business discretion is over the top. I’ve used this hotel for sensitive business negotiations over the years and they never let me down. The concierge service is not matched by any hotel in the country, and I spend a lot of time traveling.
