I loved everything about my room and the property. Very kind and hospitable. What I didn’t care for was paying for parking every time I came in and out. I feel like that should be included, especially if I’m staying in one of their high priced luxury rooms.

We had a great 1 night stay at this property on the way to North Carolina. The hotel is modern and upscale while being pet friendly, which is why we always try to stay at Kimpton properties. The bartender was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We would love to stay again in the future.

Do not stay here if you have a pet

They claim to be pet friendly. My husband takes his diabetic service dog everywhere ( his registered service dog as he is a veteran) I’m there on Mother’s Day to go to a concert ( my gift) starting at 7:45 they start texting him to return to the room because our dog is barking. ( she barks she. People are outside our door) finally demanding we return. We came back when we got there she was sleeping. They text me again 30 minutes later saying they were calling the police because she was barking. I responded with a fine stamp picture of my dog sleeping at my feet not barking. I completely missed the concert lost about 800 in tickets for them to harass and my to me about my dog. It was a complete different dog. Never offered an apology or any compensation The fridge didn’t work either which I have to have to store her insulin. If you pet friendly you can’t harass people at 745 because she barks if someone is T the door. You should have designated floors for people with pets. Staff was totally rude and just the worst Mother’s Day ever thanks to them.
