I booked the room 2 days before and was promised two beds. First night I was there he said my reservation doesn’t exist I showed him that I paid and showed the itinerary to him he disagreed. Finally gave me a room claiming it’s the only one and the room was freezing I go back to him and he said the heat doesn’t work I’ll switch your room in the morning and I had no where to go it was 4am. The next day they gave me another room. The second room the blankets were torn and had holes in them. The bathroom door was broken and holes in it. I went back to the office he was rude and said if I didn’t like it I can leave. I told to refund me and I’d be gladly to leave and he said no.

It was ok. The staff person wasn’t a friendly person. Will not stay there again.😡
Service was terrible, construction right outside of the hotel, extremely rude staff, area was downright unsafe, rooms smelled like smoke(both cigarette and weed), cockroaches everywhere…avoid this place like the plague.
This hotel is the nastiness i have ever came across. Burn marks on the tub and sinks. Needs to be repainted and also a few more repairs. I will never pay them $85.00 to stay in a hole inthe wall hotel. Carpet wasn't safe either. Please avoid. Not a great deal either. I really want my money back.
Room was dirty, not just a few things it was nasty dirty!Told the man at the front desk and he said “it’s okay you won’t take a shower tonight because it’s late, I will get someone to come clean tomorrow!!”
It was late but we ended up going to get cleaning stuff and cleaned ourselves and nothing was ever done!

Bathroom needs serious remodeling. Tub covered in old paint drippings, shower knobs falling off, bathroom door doesn't close.
Why the hell is the floor leaning in RM 110? I mean seriously the floor is uneven enough that simply walking across the floor causes the drawers to open on dresser and desk.
Desk clerk cold and unfriendly. I mean if having guest check in and out is such a bother then just close the hotel.
Bed spreads covered in holes and burn marks, sheets smell funny, and dirty sinks.
Readers run away from the money dump. It's bad service, filth, and disrepair you are paying for.
