From the outside, it looked OK by the pictures you expected it to look better, but from the inside it became disappointing, and then by the staff became worse it was an elderly gentleman who had a very snappy attitude, which I couldn’t blame him because it was a lot of people coming in that weekend or all kind of concert. It seemed like the staff was trying to keep up with how many people were coming in, but like I said they were trying the gentleman at the front desk. He was trying to be calm and inviting, but he was snappy. I was not informed that there was a $200 fee that would be attached to the rooms Even after I had paid for it through Apple Pay which when you read your receipt and you read online there’s only $100 fee so I guess because of Beyoncé being there and all these other people be in there they raised it up $100 but you know. I got back online with Expedia and the gentleman online told me that if I could get them to it say that it was OK. They will go ahead and expedite my refund. For some reason he hung up got off-line before I could get to them so that they can go ahead and expedite it Well now everybody saying I’m not getting a refund at all. I went from having $466.and some change to nothing not Expedia not the hotel and now they want me to give them a raving review I’m not giving them a damn thing the same thing they gave me.

The hotel overall is a nice property and good for the price paid. There were a few minor things that I wasn’t going to mention until a major issue came with my last few hours there. The breakfast selection was very minimal choices. Many of the housekeeping staff didn’t speak English which made it hard to understand what they were saying when coming into my room. My final night there a roach came out of the microwave while we were warming up some food. This ruined everything but we were checking out in a few hours and I was too sleepy to report it at that moment. I did inform the hotel manager and he just apologized and offered to give me free parking but my parking was already free due to me being a member. Once I informed him of this, he was just like or well and didn’t try to give any type of compensation or credit and apologized again

First key don’t work had to come back down for another one. Door handle only worked when you turned it upward and when I showed the manager and maintenance guy instead of saying this is something we should fix they blamed me for not turning the door handle correctly. I showed them no one on earth opens a door in that direction and he didn’t care and walked away. Room was dirty, no smart TV.

I stayed one day, The shower and the toilet may have been cleaned, but the floors had a film like feel to them that even when I put my shoes on I was slightly slipping. The sheets were definitely not changed since I saw pieces of hair and dirt on the inside of the covers(luckily I brung my own cover and pillow case). My room also has a mildew smell to it not sure where that’s was coming from, the staff was very friendly. I didn’t complain to them because I was literally there for one night and I’m sure if I brung this up it could have been fixed. It’s an okay hotel. Overall I still appreciate the stay, I just wish my room was prepared with a little more care.

The hotel is in need of upgrades, it’s very dated. One of the elevators vigorously jerked while passing each floor which was quite alarming, it’s only a matter of time before someone is hurt. Breakfast is supposed to end at 9am but when I got there at 8:30 am they refused to replenish the food so breakfast basically ends whenever they run out of food. The best part of the hotel is the staff, Dinah was very helpful and pleasant during my stay as well as the day time manager who’s name I didn’t get.
