My flight was delayed for over an hour so we didn't arrive till 11:30pm. I called about the shuttle that was said to be offered but I got the reservation person. After going through a lot of talk she said she would call the front desk. After being on hold for over 20 minutes and no response I finally found my own ride from another hotel shuttle. When I go to check in all the computers and phone was down so now we had to wait until they finally filled about the info on a piece of paper and gave me a key. This took another 20 minutes and by then it was 12:30 am and I had an early flight in the morning. Then when I asked about the shuttle to the airport I was told they don't go to the international terminal only the domestic. This is so stupid since Atlanta has so many international flights. So we had to go to the domestic terminal and get a bus over. All in all I would never stay at or recommend this hotel again!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in with my family. Room was super dirty. Couch was wet and torn. There was smell of weed in the elevator and in the hallway. I will never stay in this hotel chain.

The room was dirty. Upon entrance, I immediately see a sofa/couch that is old and raggedy. I knew that I would never sit on it. It looked like it was found in a dumpster. Looking around the room, I left and went to Wal-mart to by cleaning supplies. I knew at the time, I would not get my money back for the room and requesting another room would be either the same or worse. The refrigerator had mold and was not cold. The counter had not been wiped clean. The air conditioner blew out black stuff all over everything. The sink was dirty. The bathtub did not drain the water and I struggled to pull up the lever for the shower to come on. After several tries that night and the following morning, I was finally able to get it 3/4 of the way up for the shower to work. After looking at the drain, it was filled with hair and goop. I used a bag to pull this junk out. The bathroom walls had mold. I asked about the microwave that was advertised and supposed to be in the room. The guy that was working said it would be delivered on Saturday. I never got a microwave my entire stay. the phone in the room did not work for me to call the front office. The shower curtain was torn in several places. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and recommend for no one to stay here. The building smelled of marijuana the entire stay.

Upon Arrival there was multiple vehicles burglarized and no security at all. Hotel was great but it needs to hire security guards.
