We had hanging wires from the air conditioner, food on the wall, and chair. Also, BED BUGS, that enjoyed eating our legs and feet up. A lovely roach walking around the bathroom… oh, that toilet seat that slides around when you sit down on it (safety issue)..

DO NOT STAY HERE
Front desk staff was rude and gave me a fake number for Wyndham when I asked for a corporate number bc I was blindsided by the RIDICULOUS $175 deposit that is not listed up front anywhere. Pretty sure I got mites or bed bugs from the bed. It was itchy sleeping and I’ve been itching all day today. I have attempted to call and notify someone multiple times but no one answers. I will NEVER stay in a La Quinta or Wyndham anything EVER again. Also, elevator was broken and she put me in the highest floor the furthest room away from the elevator. As a single woman staying I did not feel comfortable at all.

The room was great, though the floor needed cleaning. We had to wear slippers. When I made the reservation, there was a $25 pet fee indicated per night. When I checked in, the staff said the fee was $25 per pet (I have two), and the total would be $50! All he offered was to tell management to change the website. They also told me that the rear door to the property had a broken card reader, so they were propping the door open with a rock. Not very good for security! Also, one of their elevators was not operating.

Staff rude. Breakfast was just egg patty and sausage, waffles and cereal. We had to evacuate from hurricane Milton. I didnt know until checked out they charged $25 per pet per day. It was safe and a decent bed. Elevator broke. Only one floor had ice. (6 FLOOR) Close to restaurants and a mall.

I didn't had tv for two days I was there, I reported the night I got there. The man said they was going to fix it in the morning and never did. Breakfast was not good and elevator sounds like it was going to break.

Negative experience.
My family and I evacuated from Florida for hurricane Milton. I reserved the room at 3:30am and Drove 13 hours towards Georgia and we were cancelled without notice. I called the hotel at 9pm to let them know we were checking in later than usual and was advised we were ok to check in before 2:30am. At 11pm i then received an email notification of our “cancellation”. I panicked and called the hotel. Front desk host had no compassion and had no answers. Devastated with a newborn in the car driving around looking for another hotel. Horrible experience.
