Everything was great overall. The breakfast was excellent. There were actually two small problems. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order and the drain plug in the tub was broken, my wife likes a bath.

My room was very clean and nice. The staff was nice and pleasant. There was a little remodeling going on, so dust and dirt was tracked throughout the halls. The elevator was very slow and needed upkeep, like clean the floors and a good wipe down.

Very happy with room, loved having my dog with me, I requested bottom floor when I booked, wasn’t given bottom floor, however lady who checked me in was accommodating and very nice and found a ground floor room. Would like special request acknowledged when I book. But awesome stay and great breakfast bar

The location is excellent, close to everything you might need. The Front Desk Representative that checked us in was very nice and efficient. She had all the important information and was able to get us checked in quickly. Kudos to her, as she set the tone for our stay. Would stay again.

I usually stay here about 3 times a year and for the first time ever they charged me a pet fee which I had no idea until I got there. I was very disappointed because it’s usually free at least I’ve never been charged. Also they were doing the parking lot which is something else I wish I knew beforehand. My stay was fine like always but for the pet fee I could have had better.
