Loud hotel that is very proud of their brand and their own tribe. Not worried about providing a good stay to a those who their staff called “don’t know their brand”, because if you do you whisk know that music will play loudly by the pool until after 10 pm and penetrate the thin glass windows of every room ( they say it didn’t matter which floor and to not bother to change rooms).

I asked the front desk to arrange a fridge to my room. It never arrived. After two requests. The telephone to the front desk didn't work. The TV remote worked sometime and sometimes not. They were pleasant enough but didn't respond to my requests to get the room up to speed.
