Very relaxing hotel
The first room had a view of Phipps Plaza.. I requested to change to other side with a nicer skyline view. The pool was closed. The room never warmed up so I had to text the front desk, but they sent someone out pretty fast to fix it. Everything else was just great! I enjoy staying here

Where to start…. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful…5 star. Room…divided into lounge area and bedroom. The lounge area had a wide selection of beverages…both alcohol and non-alcohol. I could not find a price list anywhere….the coffee service was below the array of alcohols and poorly lit. It had a pot for tea and a Nespesso machine with tiny cups. No instructions but with such a dark area it would be risky to use. The lounge area also contained the closet. Two deep drawers at the bottom of the hanging area and a shelf and space above as well as the safe. Not a very good setup for anyone to place clothes,etc. The safe was also in the closet. Poorly lit. No dresser or any real area for putting on makeup, etc. In either the bedroom or lounge area. A very small desk and chair with the phone and TV controller. The bed was soft and too low if one has problems standing up from a low sleeping position. The bathroom had the best lighting but the small vanity had two bowls so close together there was no room for much in the way of shaving gear, hair dryer,etc. No Towel bars, just a couple hooks in the shower. No spare TP roll………Almost forgot…two tiny nightstands by the bed with very large lamps…no room to put much on them either. Needless to say, It is not very likely I’d return even with such a great group of employees. There are issues requiring a more intelligent process for outfitting a hotel room

Bella @ Nobu exceptional service very much so accommodating to my daughter and I . Provided smooth Check in and Porsche car service within 3 mile radius to our Salon appt across the street and smiled non - stop. Melvin was also one to brag about, as well. He handled our bags with care and drove us with ease. Miguellina provided a professional and gracious check out. Vernon at Valet was also so kind and thanked us for our stay as we waited for our Uber to the airport. This was a short weekend trip, but we will be back soon hopefully this summer for a longer stay next time. 323

Great stay and nice facility. Love how they have the Porsche service to bring you to CVS if you forgot something. My only complaint is, my wife and I forgot our toothbrushes and they said, they ran out at 2pm earlier in the day. Weird response. Does that mean they get them in daily at only certain times? This forced us to either go to CVS or not brush our teeth. Nice rooms but you could hear everything outside. Walls aren’t thick. Will be back but not sure how this is 5 star. Solid 4 star hotel. Definitely a luxury area and nice cars outside but doesn’t have all the bells and whistles some of the other 5 star hotels have in ATL.
