Frustrated that due to my flight cancellation they were unwilling to work with me on their cancellation policy for credit or refund. I stayed there on a separate reservation for a conference following and the rooms were beat up for 350 a night. Food trays left in hall for days on end. I think they could do better.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Building layout is not intuitive, and I am still not sure how we got the elevator to finally stop on our floor. Sixty bucks to park is frustrating but the valets are very efficient. If you are in town for something at State Farm Arena this place can't be beat. You don't even have to go outside to get there.

I made a mistake and booked through Expedia. I made reservations in April for 2 nights. Hurricane Helena came through our small community with vengeance, leaving us with no power for days. When I was able to get cell service it was past the day to cancel reservations. I explained to them I would be there for Saturday reservation. I emailed Expedia and explained my situation. They wrote back they were in touch with Omni to see if they would honor my request to not charge me for one night. Expedia held me waiting to the last minute and finally emailed me telling me they wouldn't give me credit for one night, or give them the credit. All I know I'm out of $360.00 and learned a lesson to not book with Expedia again. .And, hope that another natural disaster doesn't happen and I will have power to be able to read emails and have a cell service... Disappointed, Lydia Cook

It's a nice facility and everyone was very nice and professional. Except the bartender at Top Draft. I left him a nominal tip with a note about why his service was subpar. I was later approached by Joshua Williams, Food and Beverage Supervisor. He was very nice and asked me what happened. He then asked how he could make it right, asking how long I would be staying, if I'd like another drink... all very accommodating. I didn't need another drink and I had to leave by 8AM the next morning. He told me there would be something delivered to my room by 7AM. There wasn't. I'm not looking to get something for nothing. I was just dumbfounded that this server not once, but twice, turned his attention away from me while I was trying to order, and didn't come back for 10-15 minutes each time. First, his attention was drawn from me by another employee for whom he had a question. But he didn't come back to me. The second time, literally in the middle of my sentence, he, without a word, turned and walked away from me. I didn't imagine this. The fellow next to me at the bar said he'd gotten similar service. So I gave the guy a nominal tip and an explanation and left it at that. It was Mr. Williams who then came to me and said he wanted to do something to make up for it. But it seems he made a promise he couldn't keep. That is what is disappointing. Not that I didn't get some freebie. Everyone else was great, by the way.
