I am seeking a full refund as the front desk clerk couldn’t find my reservation after requesting to charge my credit card for another person named Henry’s reservation. With children, and getting late in the day, my wife found another place to stay. I explained this the an Expidia representative who was supposed to call me back on check in day 8/28/25. Have not heard back from anyone yet.

This place was one of the most dirtiest hotels that I have ever seen was not clean properly. The curtains for damage and hold on and the service was terrible. I will never stay there again.

The breakfast was okay. However the hotel needs to serve more than coffee especially since . There should be a another choice, at least juice or even water. Some guests are children. so serving coffee is not no is not good.
