I liked that this facility was close to the airport. I however did not enjoy the quality of service that was provided. We had to keep reminding staff to clean our room and change our bedding for during the 4 days we stayed here. Our room wasn’t clean enough.

Checkin person on Saturday afternoon was very rude to me, she act like she did not want to help me. She gave me a key card to rm 101, room was not clean. She changed us to rm 131, key card was not working, so I went back and told her what was wrong with key card, she had a very bad attitude with me. We have never had any problems before at this establishment.

The room was decent and bed was very comfortable. The hotel in general seems a bit run down and my uber driver warned me not to even walk to get food as it is not a safe area. They even had police in the parking lot when we arrived, security walking the hall and armed security/police attending the breakfast. Stayed for a quick layover and it was budget friendly with shuttle.
