I won’t stay here again. I booked a 2 person room and when I gave the staff the name of the person to give access to the room they refused to let my guest in the room and they arrived at the hotel after check in and 5 hours before me. The manager made an excuse and after telling me there was only one staff on duty that I spoke to he then told me that it wasn’t his fault that his staff gave me mis information!! It was really horrible customer service and the way I was spoken too did not feel good either. If I could have switched hotels I would have!!

The hotel's physical attributes were commendable, particularly the spaciousness of the guest rooms. However, the service quality and pricing strategies warrant further review. Upon arrival, the initial interaction with the front desk staff presented some challenges. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and the staff's demeanor raised concerns. The subsequent handling of payment, including the implication of impropriety, was unprofessional. Conversely, the check-out staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and provided clear information regarding the deposit. Furthermore, the restaurant's policy of not providing change and the excessive pricing in the on-site store, specifically the $10 charge for a 32oz bottle of water, are areas needing immediate attention. This feedback is provided to facilitate improvements in guest experience.

Loved my stay I really enjoyed myself and I also feel like the staff was extremely nice. However, the shuttle was filthy. That’s the only thing that I would suggest needs to be fixed. Other than that, I enjoyed the bar in my bed was super comfy. 😊
