They solved a challenge but have extra fees

Arrived early and had an issue that their credit card machine wasn't working, thankfully the desk clerk found a work around and got me checked in so I could get dressed for an evening business meeting. Lastly, disappointed that charged for parking. The lot was 75% empty yet they have an additional fee to patrons !!!

The hotel property was very well kept and the lobby was nicely decorated. However, the room remodel was lacking overhead lighting, I used every lamp in the room to provide adequate lighting. But there was a bar

Good stay

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks in large part to Akanksha at the lobby. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. Her warm attitude made check-in smooth and the whole stay more enjoyable. She truly went out of her way to assist with anything I needed, and her genuine hospitality left a great impression.

A port in a storm…

24/7 shuttle service was great as flights were cancelled and the airport was in chaos. Really handy to be able to book on the app and head immediately over to the hotel on my own while everyone else lined up for hours to get their $12 food voucher (!?) and MAYBE a hotel if they weren’t already full. Ended up being a not half bad evening.

There is an $18 parking fee plus a $100 security deposit. The thing that really got me was a loud banging on my door at 9am from housekeeping and they told me that checkout was at 11am so I felt very rushed. Come to find out that check out is at 12pm. The deadbolt on the door also didn't work...
