Drab room. Light in bathroom did not work, Took a shower and the water, at its hottest setting was luke warm. Pictures on wall were crooked. Charged $18 for parking which is not mentioned when booking. Will not stay there ever again.

WOOF!
The hotel sadly was not an experience the reviews reflect don’t know if those are real experiences or old ones. However I really stayed here a the king size room with larger space for couch started with hair on the bed, No hot shower. The water only got like warm. The shower is open and doesn’t close like a locker room. The room used to be one with a shared doors and where the door was is now fitted with a tall mirror facing direct in to the bathroom. The restaurant service was terrible and food matched the service. I don’t know if this place is under new ownership, but WOOF!!!

They will give your room away if you’re checking in late and there’s a big group come in. The receptionist Atik lied and said his name was Sam Ali when i asked for the general manager and his name so i could inform them how we didn’t have a place to sleep because he lied and said they charged 100$ to the card but it declined and the payment attempt doesn’t even show up in the transaction history. I wouldn’t have even known he lied about his name but when i went next door to the holiday in or “the sister property” the guy at the desk in that hotel was name Sam and the manager at that hotel gave me the guy from the raddisons real name which is atik not sure how to spell it. Atik lied the minute we walked up to the counter and he just kept contradicting hisself while trying to tell me how its policy when it says no where in the policy we can’t check in a little late on top of messaging the property letting them know we were arriving late. I just don’t understand how you can just lie about someone’s reservation let alone give it to someone else. Im not the type of person to leave bad reviews or call general managers but the way Atik just kept with the lie after lie as if we didn’t just call bs to the last statement. The man lied about what his name was at his workplace that is a shame and a disgrace to the company.
