I took a shower the night before and the next mornng water still standing in the tub. I had to use the ice bucket to scoop water out ofthe shower. We were in Atlanta for my fathers funeral.

One of the lampshades was torn almost completely falling apart, the other had a gross stain around the bottom edges. The AC wasn’t on when we entered so the room was boiling hot and there appeared to be mold in the AC unit as well as the bathtub/bathroom area.

We were only in Atlanta for 4 days for my son’s AAU tournament; we’re originally from Texas. They have horrible bed bugs and my children and myself have bites to prove it. This is by far the filthiest place I’ve ever been in.

Got ate up by bed bugs, hotel staff wasn’t friendly at all, housekeeping didn’t clean the room, sheets were absolutely disgusting and stained, towels were filthy and some even had holes in them… I am requesting a refund for the pain and suffering!!! Disgusting & Shameful Accommodation
Extremely disappointed from beginning to the end of my one week stay, especially for the reputation of Wyndham. I discovered bugs in the room. Upon examination there were no rubber or guard around the glass of the windows and there was a huge gap from the top to the bottom where the bugs were freely coming in. I called the GM and he came and took me to 5 other rooms, 4 of which had the same problem. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me that he would credit my account with points. I informed him that I did not have an account but he insisted that I should register for one and then let him know the number. The room I relocated to had a fowl odor so the manager used a Frebreeze spray and left a Glade plug-in. However, this did not ease the problem because I discovered that the odor was coming from the sofa, the drapes and the air condition vents. I went to the front desk and told the lady and who said that she will let the GM know. However, the GM never contacted me throughout my stay. I eventually purchased carpet powder and covered the entire room with it. I also inserted fabric softener sheets into the AC vents to freshen the air and sprayed Clorox Bleach Deodorizer on the sofa. I did all this just to accommodate my stay because I knew I would not be refunded. Upon checkout I told the GM about my disappointments and that I will be leaving a negative review. He was very quick to say that all that I will be getting from Wyndham are point.

Gap between glass of the window and no rubber holding it in place - exposed to the outside where bugs are coming freely into the room
